Dealership tells you they will call you back.

Dealership tells you they will call you back. They never do. Been waiting 5 days now for a call back. Bought a car from them they couldn’t care less to talk to you after purchase or help you out with anything at all. Salesman Jay lied to me about condition of the vehicle. Overall pretty disappointed with my experience with This dealer and wouldn’t recommend even my worst enemy to purchase a vehicle here.

After we picked up the vehicle and paid the bill, I was

After we picked up the vehicle and paid the bill, I was almost home when I received a call from Russ wanting to know if I could return to the service center. I was told there was a problem with my billing and had been charged too much. That was a nice surprise. I guess they could have kept the overpayment and I would have never known. It was a fair amount of money and I was glad to have it promptly returned to our account. The service was performed on my wife's 20-year-old nearly mint condition Hundai XG350L. Other than routine service, this was the first fairly major repair it has ever required and it was limited to aging components that had failed. The valve cover gaskets were leaking along with some other seals and the power steering hoses were starting to rot with age. It did take a while for the service to be completed due to supply chain complications for a car that old. The work was completed perfectly and the car was returned in excellent condition. I was given frequent updates and given the opportunity to approve all additional work that was needed before it was performed.
