Brought my car in for a 9:30 appointment. Was supposed to get a rental car. Waited 2 hours for it. When I picked up my brand new Cadillac it had a big dent in it. Took 3 weeks for the service manager to contact me. It's not 2 months later and still not resolved. Horrible service. Will never take my car there again.

I planned a test drive a day in advance.
I planned a test drive a day in advance. The salesperson said he would hold the vehicle. We also called on our way to the dealership, and the salesperson again confirmed that the vehicle was available. However, after we drove the car, the salesperson left to draw up our deal and returned to inform us that the car was no longer available. He also backtracked and stated that Fox Cadillac of Novi does NOT hold vehicles. Conveniently, he was more than happy to show us more expensive vehicles. Several days later, the car we drove is still listed as available. Not only were they dishonest, but they wasted our time. To top it all off, on the following day, I emailed the executive manager of the dealership to inform her of my poor experience, and she never replied. I never intended to post negative reviews anywhere, but this is the only possible way to be heard—pure disappointment!

My wife and I were out shopping for a new vehicle.
My wife and I were out shopping for a new vehicle. We had heard that Cadillac of Novi had some good prices on XT6s. Our lease on our 2022 Acadia was up and we wanted something of a similar size as the new Acadia was now on a larger platform. We walked in and were met by Matt Lee. Matt was extremely helpful with looking at our options for an XT6. We found a model and color that we liked and we took it for a test drive. We started talking numbers and liked what we heard. We had some time while Matt was running some numbers and so we looked at the other vehicles in the showroom. We saw a very cool Lyric and checked it out. We noticed the sticker was a bit higher than the XT6 so we thought it was out of our price range. Matt came over and walked us through some of the cool features in the Lyric and said he would give us some ballpark pricing because there were some good incentives. We were surprised by how the incentives lowered the price of the car. We had some very straightforward negotiations and Matt found us additional incentives and Matt and the finance manager, Tim Hemingway, came back with very aggressive prices. The figures were better than any I had seen online. Timm was a pleasure to deal with as we signed the lease agreement. Matt and Cadillac of Novi exceeded our expectations. They have taken great care of us and made a usually stressful experience into a pleasurable one. We highly recommend Cadillac of Novi.

You have to pick your sales consultant wisely.
You have to pick your sales consultant wisely. I’m a 3 time returning customer and will not be back. 1 out of the 3 sales consultant was good. The last two experiences were so bad and to make matters worse they won’t take accountability. It’s so discouraging to see old school sales tscktics. Just be honest.
