I took my 2019 Jetta in for a check engine light and 2 recalls. Waited almost 3 hrs for diagnostic of check engine light. A part had to be ordered and I had to make a 2nd appt for repairs, which I had no problem with. 2nd appt I dropped the car off and got a call 6 hrs later that they would not be able to fix it due to staffing issues. So I had to make a 3rd appt to finally get the warranty repairs fixed. I highly recommend the service dept at Koch if you like wasting time off from work and being filled with anxiety over whether repairs will be made or not.

Mario is a very personable and professional sales rep, the dealership was very accommodating and worked with me to get the best interest rate on a loan. They save me money makes me happy.

They took care of everything in good time. they asked about my approval about several items before they did the work. They even washed the inside of my front window.(I am 91 years old and have a difficult time washing it.

Koch / Young has serviced my Jetta since they sold it to me. This time was an exception as I needed new tires now for a family problem out of town. I called on Friday afternoon about new tires and John was able to and willing to accommodate me on Monday. I really appreciate John's service and efforts!

Our guy Andrew Palatini was excellent. He went above and beyond his salesman duties. Had 2 cars pulled down for me when I arrived. Traded same car in, 2 years older. Explained, if there was different options on the car. He was super knowledgeable, patient and very kind. With a great sense of humor. Came in day after to pick up car. Everything was ready to go. Finished up the rest of paperwork and off we went. Car was super clean on the outside and inside. Went over all the accessories in the cargo area. Great experience with Andrew.
