They charge you expensive diagnosis, and you end up with them replacing one part after the other anyway. They leave you with a large bill without solving the problem and nobody cares. They don't know more about your car than your local garage and there is no appreciation of your business or loyalty.

He listened to all my requests and presented options keeping my request as well as affordability in mind. He was not pushy, or stuffy, super down to Earth and reasonable.
