Dashboard replacement
Replaced entire dashboard (under warranty). This was a major job. I was concerned about having problems rattles or things not working afterward, but there was not a single issue. I'm very impressed. Overall the tech did an excellent job.

2022 RAM 2500 Laramie 6.7L
I would love to give Team five stars. I did buy their truck. It was difficult the first try. I got some sales manager who was over all Team stores on New Year's Eve. I showed him how much his truck was listed for on Car Gurus five days prior. I made him that offer because it would help off set the 899. Doc Fees and the 600. wax fee. He pretty much told be No, go kick rocks. You take this price which was thousands more than everyone else is selling a 2022 RAM 2500 for. So I left. I was really busy so I did not have the time to make it to another dealership. A week later on a Tuesday Car Gurus sent me a price reduction. Now the truck was 1K less than I offered a week prior. The genius sales manager should have taken my offer. It is three hours from my house in Western NC to Morganton, NC. I contacted Team again. I worked with David and Ryan. They were great. I put down a deposit to hold the truck until the weekend. I got to the dealership around 0930, I was driving out at 1030. The owners of Team should take my comments into consideration. They almost lost a sale. I wanted a white work truck. This one would still be parked on the lot if I would have been able to get to another dealership. The finance guy was even good to work with. He knew I was not buying anything extra and did not try to up sell. That really made the purchase painless. Being pre-approved through Capital One made the signing super fast. Prior to coming on site, I asked that the tires be balanced. The front right shook when I test drove it. After picking it up, all four corners of the truck shake. I need to take it to Discount Tire to get it road force balanced. The dealer balancing made it way worse above 60mph. So I can't say anything good about the service department.
