As a customer having purchased 3 vehicles from this

As a customer having purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and performing the majority of service here during that time, I was very dissatisfied with the most recent service performed and the total lack of willingness to make things right. The service sales manager, John K, gave me a sales run around trying to explain away the failure to correctly diagnose the issue at the original appointment and was unwilling to make any concessions after I had to have the issue corrected at another repair shop. He went so far as to blame me for not having further challenged his technician to re-diagnose the cause for my vehicles issue. He finally insulted me by offering a coupon to clean my car rather than address any of the service failures themselves. Given this most recent interaction with poor quality of automotive and customer service, I would not recommend Wilde Honda as a place to service your vehicle.

My wife and i were welcomed to dealership by Chandler

My wife and i were welcomed to dealership by Chandler Tedlie. In my personal experience this was the smoothest sales transaction i have ever been in. He was a pleasant and friendly bloke and was not pushy at all, and gave us all the carfax and related documents for the car we went to buy. He let us take the vehicle for test drive on our own. It pleasantly occurred to me as if I was buying a car from a friend, not a sales person. The car had a minor glove box issue which we discovered post sale and after taking the car home, but chandler got it corrected for no additional cost as a show of good faith. This is what I call above and beyond customer care and service. And he even took a selfie of us, such a nice pleasant fellow. The friendly guy at finance handled my case in under 30 minutes and explained me all documents clearly. He also showed me some maintenance packages and shared xxxxxxand cons of each of them. He even welcome taking second opinion from my family at home and was very patient. He got me the best rates on service package. I was very happy with my car and service package purchase. All in all Wilde Honda Waukesha made our first car buying experience a memorable one. This would be my go to destination for future car purchase and I highly recommend them.

We worked with randy in sale and Chandler on the floor. They were both amazing! Chandler went above and beyond to get all our questions answered and was always helpful and available through text. We were very grateful for such a great sales experience with Wilde Honda in Waukesha!

Chandler was my go-to guy.

Chandler was my go-to guy. Absolutely fantastic to work with. He grabbed all the cars I needed, worked fast to help us, and was absolutely friendly. He didn't have the awkward sales guy approach and conducted himself very professionally. He was honest and upfront with us about everything. If you're going to look at used vehicles, Chandler is your guy too.

We were unexpectedly faced with the reality that we...

We were unexpectedly faced with the reality that we needed to replace a 16-year-old mini van, which we had purchased from Wilde Honda in 2009. Chandler was able to help us figure out what we needed at this point in our lives, and find the best match from the used minivans on the lot. We were both able to test drive during the day and acquaint ourselves with the massive upgrade in safety technology! The final sales process went very well with no surprises, as everything was laid out for us upfront, and many questions answered to our satisfaction. Thanks to Chandler and all the folks at Wilde Honda who make this very stressful situation work out so smoothly.
