We would recommend this dealership as long as you are not financing through them. I would also caution you to be very adamant regarding fees and taxes and titling as they will try to use their titling company to register your car for a fee that is tacked on to your loan.

No customer service and unprofessional. Won't call you back on status of your vehicle in for service. Never have I dealt with such unprofessionalism! Nobody answers the phone nor returns voicemail.

I dropped my vehicle off on 9/18/2022 at Wilde Honda since I had just purchased it on 8/26/2022 for water seeping in where the seatbelt rests between the metal of the vehicle. Honda had to forward it to Jeep dealership since then and I still don't have my car. I was told I should my vehicle back 9/22/2022 then Friday 9/23/2022. Then I called to follow up Monday 9/26/2022 and still no vehicle. Was told part was ordered at Chrysler. Then I left voicemails for service rep Derrick Grosenick and service manager at Jeep also reached out Wilde Honda and no one has returned my calls going on 2 weeks and my vehicle still sitting waiting on a part?

We leased a JL Jeep Unlimited from Doug Rodriguez 4 years ago. It was a positive, easy experience from start to finish. I feel remiss in not writing this earlier! We had some issues with the lease company and Doug was on it. His communication has always been prompt and professional. I would recommend him to anyone in the market for an FCA vehicle. It was worth the drive from Middleton to get the exact vehicle we wanted, a fair price, and the service we experienced from Doug. He stayed past closing when we took delivery because he was struggling with removing the plates on our trade in vehicle to save us another trip to Waukesha. He continues to be a pleasure to work with. His service is what brought us back to Wilde. Unfortunately, we have been looking at a used vehicle not offered on his lot, but at the Toyota store. Same dealer, vastly different experiences. Doug has my referral and repeat business in the future. I cannot say the same about the used staff at the Toyota store. Thank you Doug for continuing to be an asset to your store!
