Oil Change and tire rotation
I purchased my Ford Escape at this dealership and have had all my oil changes and tire rotations done there. (Staff has always been great) This time they said they couldn't rotate my tires because my lug nuts were swollen. The charge was going to be over $100.00 to repair. My husband bought the lug nuts for $34.00 and Bell Tire did the change for free. Also they told me my back rotors are rusting. I just had my back brakes and rotors changed at the end of 2020 (at this dealership), it was very expensive because I had to use Ford parts and evidently they also don't last. I have always had good luck at this dealership but they recently got purchased by LaFontaine. Hopefully I have a better experience if there is a next time.

Worst used car dealer possible, Especially Jerry Martin
Worst used car dealer possible, Especially Jerry Martin !! Absolutely worst possible salesman. Stay away from anyone in the used car department!! Horrible service, communication, follow through, warranties they sell ? Absolutely useless, Service says " we can't service your vehicle because it's not a Ford" try across the street, worthless. Jerry says " be sure and bring your vehicle back here for service " an ominous warning I should have payed closer attention to.

Best service I've ever had at a Ford dealer. 200 times better than North Gate Ford. Service managers are straight shooters and very knowledgeable and friendly. I will recommend them for Ford repairs. Service manager Steve is GREAT!!!
