The Bottom Line

Went for service and no thought of getting a new car. Turned out to be my third Hyundai, and first time at this location. Less time, no headaches, upfront, no BS, no cover stories or hidden cost and fees. Refreshing to say the least! GO here for your new car, trade in, etc. Had time to look around, what a great experience all the way around and, to not walk away bewildered in some area!

Exceptional service

I actt went into the location with one ideal and came out presently surprised with something else we'll within my price range. My sales person was Robert Carapella. He was very patient, nice and knowledgeable. The entire sales team included Mike Lattera Trevor P. and Renee provided a good experience that I have sensed several friends and family members there way.

Great experience

I came in to take a look at the Genesis and just taking a drive with Matt and talking about this and other cars i was hooked. Matt ask if I had a mintue to run some numbers and after I said yes a few minutes later I was driving my new fully loaded Genesis home. Great day good sales team.

Fourth Purchase from this location

My first point of contact was with Liz Petnicki. I had submitted an online inquiry and she followed up with me the very next day. She is a GEM. Pleasant, professional and VERY helpful. I knew what I wanted and she got the ball rolling. I went to the dealership after a very long day at work. Eli Motley greeted me at the door with a warm smile and hello! His name isn't listed from the choices above because he is a fairly new salesman, but he did a great job! Cassie took care of the financial part (she knows what she's doing and is a bit of a salesperson herself. Finally, Robert Carapella followed up the sale, He got my new purchase cleaned and filled with gas. Robert was awesome! I have been coming to this dealership for over twelve years now. I don't consider any other dealership. The faces have changed over the years but the service remains stellar. I highly recommend having your car serviced here. I do and they keep great records and I have always been satisfied with the work!

Purchased new car

Friendly, Knowledgeable of product helpful could not do more to be of help The Manage came down on the price for monthly payments. That is why I purchased the car.

I will share my experience even if it wasn't good.

I wasn't very happy with last service visit.couldnt find problem I complain about, they took it for a spin and that was it. So now it's very dangerous to drive. Called back for more service they were supposed to call right back,needless to say they didn't.

Easy Car Buying

It was a pleasure purchasing a car though Liz and Fred. Everything was lined up on the internet regarding price and desired vehicle and ready upon my arrival. Quickest time ever for purchasing a car. A very orderly, friendly process all around..

Great place & people

People are very friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to make sure you are happy. I unfortunately had the pleasure of dealing with them twice in 2 months. My sons car was totaled while driving back to school and I had such a fantastic experience the first time it was a no brainier when I received the settlement from the insurance company. I returned and Fred Supnick was very helpful in helping me to obtain the same vehicle. I can't say enough good things about Fred he is definetely a tremendous asset. Also Cassie in finance is very friendly and helpful in getting all the paperwork completed as quickly as possible.
