“All that glitters is not gold” BEWARE!

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and was initially ecstatic until I drove off the lot. Within a day of having the vehicle and taking it further than the initial test drive, my truck began to make a ticking noise. I purchased a 2017 Denali Yukon, and within the first week I had to have the lifters, cam shaft, brakes, and struts replaced. Don't be fooled by the appearance and marketing of the vehicles at this establishment. If you don't know anything about cars, please bring a mechanic with you. I learned the hard way. Mr. Taylor simply stated, "I didn't hear any ticking noise when we test drove it, but your warranty should cover everything." I apologize. Go figure. I am extremely grateful that I purchased a warranty through my credit union; otherwise, this vehicle would have cost me thousands of dollars out of pocket. Also, Mr. Taylor quoted me the outdoor price and still added over $2,000 in taxes, and because I had a trade-in, I totally overlooked this and focused on making sure he deducted the trade-in amount from the buyer's order; that was an oversight on my part, but I wish the guy was honest and had just honored the out-the-door price he quoted me, but it seems like it’s all about making a buck nowadays, which is pretty sad because word of mouth is everything! I will not do business here again.
