I wish I could give Maus Nissan of Brooksville and our

I wish I could give Maus Nissan of Brooksville and our sales representative Juan 500 stars, instead of just 5 stars. We are repeat buyers, because of the great pricing and absolutely phenomenal customer service. I’m disabled and they go to great lengths to make the process easy for me and are extremely fair and upfront with the pricing. Juan is a rock star. He drove the car from the dealership to my house personally, so I would not have to suffer in pain. He is an outstanding young man. Maus Nissan of Brooksville has lifelong customers in us.

Our experience was good, beautiful dealership.

Our experience was good, beautiful dealership. Everyone was very nice and made this a great experience buying a new vehicle. We love our 2025 Pathfinder and have enjoy learning all the awesome features it offers since owning. We would recommend Maus Nissan of Brooksville, it's worth the drive. On may 29, 2025 I took my Nissan Rogue to Goodyear to

On may 29, 2025 I took my Nissan Rogue to Goodyear to remove a screw from one of my tires. They told me I did not have the wheel lock key, so they would not be able to remove the screw. Anyway I called Gerald Spence (Bam Bam) at Maus Nissan in Brooksville and told him what my problem was. He told me to come on over and see what can be done. I went over there, (I bought my Maus Nissan Rogue last August2024), so I know Bam Bam, as he usually takes care of me. He ordered the part for me and a few days later I picked it up from the dealership. I would like to take the time to let you know what an awesome employee you have. Bam Bam is very professional, efficient and is extremely personable. He gives great customer service and a fun person to interact with. He certainly is an asset to your company. Thank You Bam bam .

Very efficent and knowlegeble salesman , meaning Brian Selway. I have to say that the dealership was very neat and clean and even other personnel were friendly towards my wife and myself. I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends to at least take a short ride to this dealership.
