What a waste of time! Went to look at a 2022 Honda accord. The price on cars.com was listed for $24900 approximately, test drive the car all was good go in the building to talk price, comes out with a price nearly $10000 more than the price listed. The salesperson told me about their disclaimer, which I read before I got to the dealership, but only gave specific cost for some things. Never in my life of buying vehicles has the price been $10000 more than the list price! So I get up and just leave with the sales manager chasing me down to then try to give the the list price listed on the internet. Sorry bud you blew it for trying to take me. I feel bad for people shopping here that don’t know any better. Please just skip this place if shopping for a vehicle!

Again, Devin Stotts cheated today. He said he would sell you a car close to the price of what you brought us and we would buy it for you in exchange for settling the matter. However, today he went back on his word, saying: "Sell me your car for $33,600 and that's it". I don't understand how he keeps his job, nor does he bring money and prestige to the company. But how can his family tolerate a man who cheats at work and does this in his family and society. Maus Acura North Tampa, owned by David Maus, I traded in my 2022 Chevrolet Suburban for a 2021 Ford Expedition. However, the dealer failed to inform me that the vehicle had previously been used as a rental car by Enterprise, and had many issues that would surface a few days later. I feel completely ripped off and taken advantage of. I spoke with Devin Statts, who assured me that he would take the car back and find me another one without any problems. However, he lied to me for several days. Today, he told me that he could buy my car for $33,600 and I would lose about $10,000, because the car I traded in for was worth $43,000 to $44,000, so I would lose $10,000 If you are thinking of doing business with this dealer, Maus, think twice. Work with honest dealers who stand by their word - don't fall victim to fraudulent or unethical practices like I did. Before purchasing from this store, I strongly recommend having the vehicle inspected by a professional. Otherwise, you could find yourself in a similar situation, losing many depreciation dollars in just a few days and a lot of stress. I call on David Maus, Albert White, Devin Statts and their team to correct these fraudulent business practices and operate with integrity.

We worked with a salesman Mark who was thorough and very knowledgeable. He showed us a used truck, although we did not make a deal, he was a pleasure to work with.He showed us a Nissan Rogue before we left and my husband and I were impressed. Mark will most likely see us again.

From the time we walked in the door to when we left we had nothing but a great experience. I think the thing I liked the most was we weren't overwhelmed with salesman pressure. Our Salesman Shawn couldn't have done a better job. We went in to buy a Titian for me, then changed to a Frontier. My mind was set, then Ed Welsh, Sales Manager, mentioned the Rogue. Nah, not interested. He mentioned a few things about it and said just sit in it. WOW!!! This is definitely the one for me!!! I have never been excited about a car, even my Jaguar. But this one, I fell in love with. There was never any pressure to buy. Shawn and Ed answered all our questions. The other thing I liked was there was really no dickering on my trade in, the Jag. They came back with a price, I said what I wanted and BAM! SOLD! If your looking for a new vehicle, make sure you go to Maus of Brooksville. Nissan's big thing is safety. The vehicles. at least my Rogue, has ALL the safety driving features plus ones you wouldn't think of. Get your best deal and a super vehicle at Maus Nissan , Brooksville, FL
