SCAMMERS DONT GO HERE !

SCAMMERS DONT GO HERE !! U will regret it!!! Best advice I can give u!!! I gave them $9500 a month ago I didn’t get approved for the loan with the bank. They took the car back and don’t want to refund my $9500 down payment . Even tho he told me he was going to that following Monday by 5 pm now no reply no calls no answers and calls the cops when I come to the dealership. Don’t go there prices are not what they seem . They do shady things with paper work . I don’t understand how u take the car and my down payment … scammers!!!!!!!

Dishonest management inflates the cost of the car.

The management of this dealership is dishonest. I purchased a 2014 Cadillac CTS from this dealership. So far, the car seems to be as presented in the CarGurus ad. My father was a car dealer and over the last 50+ years I have purchased many cars for myself and my business. I should have known better than to electronically sign documents without a careful review. I was quoted a per month cost for an extended warranty which seemed reasonable. The actual cost, however, was three times higher. They also added a "theft deterrent" policy to the purchase, inflating the cost of the car by $4200. They claimed they make no money from these add-ons, which is a false statement. They lied to me, used the famous "stall" treatment keeping me there for 3 hours, all knowing I wanted the car. Stay away from these people.

BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP

With a history of purchasing over 25 cars for me and my family from various dealerships spanning 40 years, my recent encounter with this establishment stands out as the most distressing. On 8/6/23, I acquired a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk from this dealership. Assured by the salesman that the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected and was in impeccable condition, I proceeded with the purchase. In support of their claims, a pre-visit Carfax report indicated an accident-free history. During the loan documentation process, however, the DMV report unveiled a minor accident record. Upon expressing my concerns, the sales manager (Nor) granted permission for an independent inspection and pledged to rectify any identified issues. Subsequent scrutiny of the vehicle revealed troubling findings, including oil contamination in the coolant reservoir due to compromised oil cooler seals, radiator leaks on both sides, seepage of oil from the main seal between the engine and transmission, transmission oil pan leakage, worn motor mounts, and uneven tire wear (front tires measuring 7 and 9, rear tires measuring 8 and 11). Confronted with this comprehensive report, the dealership initially conveyed its inability to sale a vehicle plagued with these complications, suggesting they would return it to their wholesaler. I extended an offer to retain the car on the condition that they fulfill their commitment to address the concerns. Nor concurred, agreeing to not only effect the necessary repairs but also deliver the vehicle to my residence, which lay 45 miles distant, once the fixes were executed. Curiously, the next day saw the car reappear on the dealership's website and listed on Cargurus(Without any repairs made). Contacting the general manager, Frank, for clarity, I was met with rudeness, interruptive behavior, and complete disregard for the assurances given. Frank's response carried an offensive tone, and ended with a disrespectful remark before he abruptly terminated the conversation. It's worth noting that the derogatory comment made by Frank "Go xxxx Your MOTHER", invoked my late mother, which had no relevance to the conversation. In light of these events, I am compelled to label this experience as the worst encounter in my history of car acquisitions. Regrettably, I cannot endorse this dealership to anyone, urging potential buyers to avoid wasting their valuable time and financial resources, much like I did.

2014 XTS PLATINUM Cadillac purchased December 5th

Very Friendly staff, I bought a 2014 XTS PLATINUM CADILLAC, I have had it for about 5 weeks now. It has some issues that they agreed to take a look at. The touch screen stereo was not working and the battery was going out, but I decided to repair and replace those issues myself and I did. So before you buy make sure you find any issues and then make your decision. The price was very fair and they seem so busy I addressed the issues myself which im ok with. Overall a great car. They did promise me a dash cover due to sun damage but didn't order it. Regards, Tom Mitchell
