Team was personable and friendly but not upfront concerning their practices. They need to be more honest with their customers

Understaffed. Only cares about closing deals. Didnt give a tour of the car, just handed me they keys and that was it

I have been calling the dealer as I don’t have my new tags. I got the car before Christmas and leave messages - but no one returns my calls.

I saw this certified pre-owned vehicle for sale on their website. I spoke with two sales person over the phone to inquire about pricing of the vehicle and possible discounts. Both said they would talk to the sales manager and get back to me within the hour. They never did. Against better judgement I decided to drive an hour up there anyways for a test drive of the vehicle. After the test drive, at the table with a different sales person, I was presented with an out the door price break down. To my bewilderment, there was hidden fees that the dealer tacked on, but was not disclosed on the car's listing. The car is listed for $32,656, but with the undisclosed fee, the car became $38,146. Nearly $5,500 increase. If the listing is for a CPO car, then the certification fee and inspection fee should have already been incorporated to the price. This stealership makes deceptive advertising to lure customers in.
