Was looking at pre-owned Hyundai Palisade and was interested in one and the salesman came back with an additional $5700 in phony fees in addition to what usually tax, tags, registration, and title fees ballooning the price to $9,000 above MSRP. I left immediately. They’re not serious at Route 1 Hyundai about making sales. If I lived in NJ, I would consider reporting them to the attorney general for questionable practices.

Worst service ever.

Worst service ever. I did my car servicing here and after servicing it started making noise. When I asked them why it is happening they said to drop the vehicle and they will call me next day. They never called me, I had to call them multiple times and they will put me on hold saying someone will reply. After calling multiple times they said my brakes have to be replaced, it never had problems earlier and now after servicing it started making noise. They did multipoint inspection and they never said anything about it. It is not just with me, I saw multiple customers they are always asking something has to be replaced. Very rude customer service. I will never come to this place again.

I want to start by saying I love my Genesis G-80.

I want to start by saying I love my Genesis G-80. I have had it since January of 2017. I only have 43k miles on the car. In January of this year, my front and back brake pads were replaced, and my rotors resurfaced. I gave the car to my daughter in April. The car was making noise, and this was roughly 3 to 4 months since I paid $1,200 for my brakes. I was told that although the car was only driven approximately 1,500 miles, the fact that it sat outside for 3 weeks without being driven caused the rotors to rust, and it would now cost $2k for new brakes. I was aggravated and tried multiple times to call the dealership to work something out. It's insane to pay $1,200 for brakes and 3 months later to pay another $2k. I have received no response from the dealership. Once again, love the car, but I would never buy or request service from this dealership again.

Great experience leasing a new car today. Samantha was so helpful and got us a great deal. She is very experienced and friendly. The processing and paperwork was fast. Samantha set us up with everything we needed before driving out of the dealership to enjoy our new car.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. Advertise lower than MRSP, then give you the classic bait and switch with hidden fees. Huge price deception.

I originally posted a 5-star review from my day of purchase but have amended my review to account for an absolutely terrible customer service experience after the fact. I purchased a certified used vehicle on 5/22/24. That night, upon reviewing my documents, I noticed a discrepancy in the financial paperwork where it appeared I was overcharged about $2,000.00. I sent an inquiry through the webpage noting the discrepancy and asked if it was an error or if there was something I was missing and just wanted an explanation. I got a phone call the next day from the salesman profusely apologizing. He asked me to come in Monday (Memorial Day) and the GM would correct the discrepancy. The owner, who is also the GM, emailed me Saturday to ask if my question was answered. I responded that I was told I would be meeting with him Monday to have the mistake fixed. I never received a response to my email from the GM. I cut my MDW plans short to go back to the dealership thinking I was getting money back since they admitted a mistake was made. I drove an hour to the dealership just to be told the $2,000 was a pre-certification inspection charge that wasn’t reflected in the paperwork. I told the owner/GM this could have been an email or phone call that could have saved me the trouble of cutting my MDW plans short and spared me the hour drive to the dealership, especially since I had directly addressed it with him by email and he was aware of the situation, and he walked away from me with no apology at all. I feel the customer service from management was absolutely terrible.
