Went here to buy a Cadillac cts yesterday, I've bought 2 Lincoln navigators and 2 Cadillac Escalade at other local dealerships, I have never been treated with more class and attentiveness than with this dealerships, from Arvy who was a extremely personable,knowledgable salesman, to the woman who handles registration and came in on her day off to accommodate us, and Tom in finance who made the whole deal come together and made it a absolute smooth pleasurable transaction, the entire dealership staff is A and there inventory is top notch, they have earned my business from now on, will be back in the coming months for my escalade.

No problem with my visit. Only complaint is that my wait time was longer than usual. I am usually in and out within an hour for an oil change.

Chris (sales) was great - knew about the new TourX wagon (most Buick dealers have no idea what this car is). Made the deal happen without all the usual back-and-forth car buying BS. Had the car serviced with them - a fairly complicated issue which John (service) quickly diagnosed. As a former Mercedes owner (6 of them in a row) I have pretty high standards. Tremonte Buick met or exceeded my expectations. If I could only say the same for the Chevy dealer that services my C7 Corvette!
