So bad that I considered reporting them to the state

So bad that I considered reporting them to the state attorney general. If you enjoy paying for made-up repairs, this is the place for you. For example, they continued to tell me I needed a brake service for 1.5 years every time I went for an oil change. The brakes weren't even bad when I finally had them serviced at another shop.

I called to have a recall fixed that Hyundai says my VIN

I called to have a recall fixed that Hyundai says my VIN is included in the recall, but the service advisor argued with me stating that t is not a recall and my VIN does not qualify. Absolutely the WORST customer experience.

Bought used vehicle.

Bought used vehicle. Told dealer that the headlights lights were going out/almost non existent and told to come on down and they would take care of it. Drove an hour to get there just to be told not their problem. Could have been told that over the phone or text instead of having to drive 2 hours. Prices are higher then other dealer already go to for general maintenance.
