They got me a great deal on my Palisade. Our salesman Johnathon was very helpful and knowledgeable on the car.{He owned one} I will go back when I need another car.

The staff is incredibly helpful and kind! They are great at communicating and service was speedy. 10/10 definitely recommend here if you want transparent estimates and work done by people that will take care of you!

Very helpful and friendly staff.
Very helpful and friendly staff. However, felt VERY pressured to purchase add ons...extended warranty, undercoat, paint protection etc. They stated they were working on our paperwork but they actually didn't start the paperwork until we declined the add ons 3 times. Felt lied too and my time was wasted.

Made buying a new car easy! Test drove one weeks before. Never felt pressured. Came back for a second look and ended up having a different sales person, who was also wonderful!! Love my Tuscon!

Communication and follow through were non-existent until I made a huge fuss. Even after expressing my frustration to the service mgr there was no acknowledgement or apology until I contacted the GM.
