Jake was a tremendous help when I brought in my Frontier for an emissions service. Did not have to wait long either. Glad he's there and glad that I had him for the experience. 10/10.

If I could give Cavender’s more than 5 stars, I would.
If I could give Cavender’s more than 5 stars, I would. The General Manager, Stavros, is absolutely amazing and truly goes above and beyond to provide top-tier service. To be transparent, our initial visit wasn’t great. The experience was rough, and the customer service just wasn’t there. We purchased two vehicles, and I immediately regretted mine. It had some mechanical issues and just didn’t feel right. I felt like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously, so I asked to speak with the GM—and that’s when everything turned around. Stavros listened, took immediate action, got the repairs handled, set me up with a rental, and made sure I was completely taken care of. Knowing I still had concerns, he even offered to help me find something else. He gave me time to think it over, talk with my husband, and explore my options with no pressure. When I found something I liked at another location hours away, Stavros had it brought in. After driving it, I wasn’t thrilled—and he noticed. Instead of pushing the sale, he encouraged me to try something else, and I ended up falling in love with a different car. He made the financing and paperwork a breeze. Stavros is a true asset to this dealership. I know Cavender’s has had a tough reputation in the past, but give them a chance—big changes are happening, and it’s because of people like him. Cavender’s, you’ve earned a customer for life. But more importantly, Stavros—you’ve earned a customer for life.

We had a very good experience with Cristi and the finance
We had a very good experience with Cristi and the finance manager. Cristi was very friendly, informative, and not pushy at all. He answered all my questions and arranged a test drive without delay. I love my new Rock Creek Rogue, with all the sporty features! Finance was easy enough and we were out the door. I’d recommend this dealership and Cristi, for sure! (The cappuccino is good too!!)

My 14 year old Nissan Versa rode like a new car after
My 14 year old Nissan Versa rode like a new car after extensive service. Jake was very helpful in guiding me through everything that needed to be done. He showed me what could wait and what needed to be done now. As someone on a limited income, that information was vital. I'm going to push a few more years out of the best car I ever owned.

Purchased a 2024 Frontier on December 26, 2024.
Purchased a 2024 Frontier on December 26, 2024. Still waiting on my plates to come as my temporary plate expires February 24, 2025. Just found out today that a duplicate title needs to be ordered and plates won't be in for several more weeks. A new temporary plate is in the works and they offered to overnight it to me when it comes in or email it to me and I could print it out myself. First and last vehicle I will purchase from them

I have spoken to several people at the dealership, Nissan motor credit, and Nissan customer affairs. No one has offered an good explanation for the delay or taken any accountability for the delay all anyone does is offer excuses. Nissan customer affairs recommended I take my paperwork and release of lean I obtained from Nissan motor credit and go to the tax office and register the vehicle myself. I guess Nissan expects me to pay the registration and sales tax a second time since I paid to Nissan at the time of the sale.
