I cannot say enough positive things about the Polestar Fort Lauderdale dealership and service department at Gunther’s Motors. Just last week I took my 2024 Polestar 2 in for its regular maintenance and the whole process could not have gone smoother. The car display indicated I needed my first regular maintenance so I easily made an appointment that fit my needs online. At the service department at the dealership I arrived a few minutes before my 9am appointment and Clifton, the Polestar Service Manager, was there to greet me with a smile. I explained to him that I had no issues whatsoever with my leases car of 20 mints which was the very first time I could say that with any of the 6 prior cars that I have owned. I thought I would have to leave the car with him and either pick it up later in the afternoon around 5pm or the next day, but Clifton said it would only take about 2 hours and I can wait for it. He even offered a free car wash which I gladly accepted, After our meeting, I walked outside after about 10 minutes and saw my car was already in the service bay on the rack which was a pleasant surprise ad most car dealerships usually take at least an hour or 2 begin servicing you car. About 20 minutes later I received a text and email with the service technician’s detailed video inspection results of my car which was quite impressive. Shortly before 2 hours had passed, my car was ready and Clifton went over in detail what was done. I could not be happier with the results of my scheduled maintenance appointment at Polestar Fort Lauderdale and look forward to driving my current Polestar 2 or another Polestar model for years to come.

Great service from stat to finish.
Great service from stat to finish. My only complaint was communication but even that was miles better then any other dealership. Clifton was very patient with me and went above and beyond helping me with my situation.
