Dino was excellent in service department Very friendly and knowledgeable with the maintenance of my XT5 He even knew how to fix the code on the coffee machine 😀

Very unpleasant and unprofessional sales experience!

Very unpleasant and unprofessional sales experience! Sent email in afternoon to confirm availability on a vehicle…called and Set up a sales appointment for 7 pm and received an appointment confirmation email for 7 pm. Since we were experiencing a bad thunderstorm.. I asked sales coordinator to bring vehicle in shop so we wouldn’t get wet. I arrived at 7 pm… told salesperson that I had a confirmed appointment but he insisted on spending time taking information and copying drivers license. About 15 minutes after I arrived… another couple found another salesperson to go on a test drive. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to return. When I returned from my test drive… the salesperson spent time on pushing warranties… I told him I wanted to buy the vehicle but in the meantime.. the other couple bought the vehicle! To make matters worse… I called the GM Mike Fuller the next day several times to share my experience … he Never Had the Courtesy to return any of my calls! Unprofessional for a GM to ignore concerns from a customer!

Awesome as always from what I can tell. Excellent service and amazing people that I am definitely happy with so far. Always very clean and a great atmosphere throughout the dealership. Thank you again for going above and beyond!!! Definitely appreciated and means alot. Great people. Luke, Danny, Ashley, Dino and Greg(if I'm remembering names right) and everyone at the service advisor desk I haven't had to bother yet😁 are always nice and very understanding and always have good answers to my sometimes stupid questions😉and thats definitely appreciated.
