My husband and I recently purchased a used car from AutoNation and had an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, Dom greeted us right away and made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire buying process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind—an all-around great guy. We highly recommend requesting him! We also worked with Anna, the financial specialist, who was fantastic in guiding us through the financial details and ensuring we had the right coverage for peace of mind moving forward. Again, very professional & kind. Even though we encountered a few issues with the car (through no fault of AutoNation), they quickly addressed and resolved everything without hesitation. We’re grateful to Dom, Anna, and Mark for making this such a seamless and positive experience.

We bought a car, went to register it and found out the

We bought a car, went to register it and found out the title we were given wasn't the current title. I tried to get help from the dealer and everyone kept saying they'll call me back. Finally spoke to the GM who refused to give me his name. When I pressed him to give me his full name because it's shady that he won't let me know it, he hung up on me. Now I'm going to have to hire a lawyer and get them to take the car back, good times.

Enquired about a vehicle that was listed on Cargurus for sale was told the vehicle was not ready to be sold that they would send me carfax and let me know when I would have an opportunity to purchase the vehicle just got a text from sales person that they sold the vehicle never got a text or phone call that I was promised by sales manager and sales person to have the opportunity to buy the vehicle VERY DISAPPOINTED would not recommend
