I was disappointed with my visit, I came in for rim and
I was disappointed with my visit, I came in for rim and tire repair, with a 9:00 appointment and at 5:30 PM was given a loaner only when I returned to the dealership expecting to pickup my car. I was then told my car had not yet left the dealership for repair. On the following day I wasn’t contacted to pickup my vehicle until approx 5:30 p.m. two days to repair a rim, and it still has scuff marks on it. Also when dealing with Jim Hudson in Columbia, they were able to pull up my contract and inform me i had tire/rim coverage, when i asked that at the Augusta location, i was informed by the service rep he couldn’t see the coverage, therefore; I payed $150 for a repair that I actually had coverage for. I have since located my contract with warranty coverage for tire and rim. I will be taking a copy warranty coverage for tire/rim to the dealership today.
