Just purchased a 2016 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk from White Plains Jeep. Dino was very clear with the lease pricing and offered a very competitive lease deal. Arrived at 1PM to pick up the car and was on my way home with in an hour. Dino had all the paper work processed in advance. He took us out for a test drive, filled up the gas and instructed us on how to use all the features, especially the navigation and phone settings. Overall, I was comfortable and confident working with Dino Zonetti. Very satisfied customer!

I purchased a used 2015 Ford Focus ST from White Plains Chrysler Jeep Dodge on 5/11/16, Walter Parker was my sales pro. Walter and all of the staff were a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to purchase from the great people again.

We worked with Smitty at this dealership and he clearly did not care about his job. We asked to see the truck we wanted and he said he didn't have it but then after 15 mins he miraculously found a similar one. The whole point was to go test drive the truck. He brought us to the truck and just stood there and didn't tell us anything about it or let us test drive it. We go back to his desk to "talk numbers". He goes to the sales manager and comes back with an offer that is $300 more than any other dealership we have gone to and gave us a price without telling us how much we even had to put down. So he gets up again and goes to find out... We were also trading in a Jeep and the quote they gave us was $6,000 lower than other dealerships. at this point we laughed and said ok lets get out of here. He then goes "ok well what did the other dealerships offer". Clearly they pulled those numbers out of their xxx.

Made my car leasing process stress free. Got me the best price on a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (contacted three other dealers). Made sure I understood all the paperwork I was signing and thoroughly went over car with me when I picked it up. Will definitely recommend him to family and friends and will use him again!!

To trade in my jeep in to buy a newer Car with better gas mileage and lesser Monthly payments . I got a good deal With trade in and a good deal with new Car. Very good salesman Walter Parker.

Walter Parker is an example of how other sales persons should conduct themselves. He did not try to push me into buying a vehicle I did not want or one that was selling at a higher price. He was very patient while I tried different cars and my older son peppered him with a thousand and one questions. Walter is very knowledgeable and personable.
