I tried to purchase a vehicle from them. When sending in an interest form i was quickly given a phone call by the dealership and told the car did not exist. That they had no new Ioniq 5s currently. I then corrected the sales agent and told him i was interested in the used one they had and he was able to locate it while quoting me the cost of the vehicle that was shown on the site of $36,947. I was then assigned a salesperson named Jake who would presumably get financing in order so i could purchase the car. We spoke on the phone on Saturday night around the time the dealerships closed. He said he would get the documents in order and send them over to me first thing in the morning. The next day arrived. Jake gave me a call at 11:49am. He told me the "out the door price" for the vehicle would be $42,815 with taxes and fees. I asked for the breakdown of these costs in writing as it seemed high. Additonally i said i had an appointment with a bank in the morning for an auto loan and would like the paper in front of me to make my meeting at the bank easier. He said he would get it over to me immediately. I reached out to him at 1:31pm and 5:45pm both times saying he would get me the breakdown soon. I then reached out to him at 7:56pm asking when i should expect it. He then told me it wouldn't be until mid day the next day. When i finally received the breakdown it was 1:50pm 26 hours after i was told he would get them over to me immediately. In the breakdown the cost of the vehicle had increased by $2,000 to $38,947. When asked about this increase they said its a market adjustment. Adjustment to what? when i called you didn't even know you had the car? Additionally, at time of writing the vehicle has been on the lot for over a month. They started listing it at $41,917 and have been dropping the price consistently every 10 days
