I went to this dealership in hopes to make a quick

I went to this dealership in hopes to make a quick purchase of a Honda Accord due to having to go to work in just a few hours. Upon parking and exiting my personal vehicle I was professionally and respectfully met by salesman Jose and Kam who is being trained. Jose explained to me in detail and answered all my questions of the Accord I ended up purchasing after a brief test drive. Jose went the distance in helping me get done in a timely manner to get to work on time. For me purchasing a vehicle is very stressful but Jose and Kam made me feel right at home. I would definitely purchase here again and highly recommend Jose and Kam for a right at home no stress purchase.

Casey Jerlando, the manager, was an xxxxxxx,

Casey Jerlando, the manager, was an xxxxxxx, unprofessional, zero customer service. Poor guy had a bad day with his attitudes. In contrast, Lauren Rabak was kind, polite, and handled everything professionally (10 star for her). I arrived at 7:25 PM, and she took my ID and ran my credit card, which I wasn't happy about since we hadn’t even seen the vehicle yet, and I wasn’t completely sure about the final deal. After running my credit, I was offered a 5.9% interest rate. I mentioned that I needed time to think it over, and that’s when Casey approached with a very dismissive attitude, which was off-putting. I had planned to close the deal, but his behavior completely changed my mind. If you visit this dealership, be extra careful.

Worst place to buy a car!

Worst place to buy a car! I purchased a certified used cars ended up having problems but wouldn't do anything to fix it. Also terrible management The GM should be fired. (After posting this comment I received a very angry phone call from STEVE the gm of the location NOT willing to help but to threaten with a bad review on My job that about as unprofessional as it gets!

I walked onto the parking lot at Safford Brown Honda and

I walked onto the parking lot at Safford Brown Honda and was greeted by Lilian Chow-Futtner, I had been thinking about buying a Honda Accord and she was great in listning to exactly what I wanted in a car. Needless to say, I sat down with her and in a short period of time I was driving off with the car of my dreams. Thank you, Lilian for your patience and effort to give me what I wanted!

I had a good experience purchasing my new car but when I

I had a good experience purchasing my new car but when I brought it back for the free oil change and tire rotation, they didn't do the rotate at all and when I called to let them know that they didn't do the rotate I was rudely spoken to by their service advisor. All the had to say was "I am so sorry to hear that, we will make it right" but instead I was questioned as to how I knew that they hadn't done the rotate (wear on the outer edge of the tire and tires in same location) and when I went to explain that he interrupted me to transfer me to a manager's voice mail (which I never was called back from). I am going to have someone look and make sure that the oil filter was actually changed now too. This car is less than a year old, and now I don't trust them for service work and I won't go back for my next car because of it,

I recently purchased a used 2020 HONDA Civic at Safford

I recently purchased a used 2020 HONDA Civic at Safford Brown Arlington. It was the first highly computerized auto I had ever purchased. At first everything was good until I received the error message that the radar sensor was blocked I did not know that all other sensing systems on the car would not work as a result. I had assumed that the used car salesman had checked this car out, but apparently they had not done a complete inspection. They should have hooked this car up for a computerized analysis prior to selling it to me so they could have found the problem. So when I took the car to the service dept to get this corrected, they could not find out how to fix it. I was glum about this when the General Manager Steven Birdsong happened to walk by and asked me what was wrong. I explained the problem, and he immediately went to the service dept and took up the issue for me. The car was fixed the next day, and Mr. Birdsong even refunded the $900 I had paid for the first unsuccessful repair. Now the car is perfect and a pleasure to drive. Mr. Birdsong is a terrific GM, and took a personal interest in my situation. I had never experienced that and am very grateful to him. With managers like him, I would never think of buying a car anywhere else. Safford Brown Arlington has the best people, and they stand behind what they sell! This was a great experience in buying a used car. Great car, great people!
