AVOID JAY AT ALL COSTS!

AVOID JAY AT ALL COSTS!!! this guy introduces himself as a "sales professional" he doesn't care that you are buying a car, you just need to show up at the dealership so he can hard sell you he's made his intentions very clear since his first message, "when can you come in?" i don't know why he needs 2 different phones to communicate, BUT he gets to decide which to text you from so he has total control. TEXTBOOK SALES TACTIC, 10/10 12:41pm asks me; "when can you stop by?" and i told him i have no intentions of stopping by, then he texts back at 12:50 saying the cars been sold and after i ask him to explain why he's trying to get me to come in if the cars already been sold? He goes awol, the end. I even had to follow up with him 3 hours later to see if he made it back from lunch. REAL SALES PROFESSIONAL😒

Salesperson Chris Killduf showed severe lack of

Salesperson Chris Killduf showed severe lack of professionalism and was pushing cars onto me without answering any of my questions in a desperate attempt to make a sale. I have purchased from Safford Brown in the past and have been very satisfied with my RAV4. This is unacceptable to see such a lack of customer service in an industry that revolves around it.

Overall, this location has been pretty good.

Overall, this location has been pretty good. I enjoy the service I've received majority of the time. I will say I'm disappointed that I don't receive coupons in the mail like I did when it was "Browns". Ever since it switched to Safford, I stopped getting them in the mail. Jennifer and Keyshawn were great advisors. I'm not a fan of Michael G. He's confused a lot and Jennifer had to clarify for me multiple times on his behalf.

Jeff Gillespie was an absolute dream to work with and I

Jeff Gillespie was an absolute dream to work with and I cannot recommend him enough. I bought a 2025 CRV Hybrid in November 2024 from Safford Brown in Glen Burnie. The car was sold with a paint imperfection and when I brought this up I was told to visit the service department. When I visited the service department, Jeff took a look at the paint imperfection and immediately took action to fix the problem. He was quick to submit a claim to Safford Brown and Honda to get the issue fixed. Even with it being the holidays, he worked to get this issue addressed and fixed as quickly as possible. He was quick to respond to my phone calls, answer any and all of my questions/concerns and was very personable. I can easily say this was the best experience I have had in any vehicle service department. I greatly appreciate Jeff and his entire team for making this a painless experience.

I came here early November and purchased a 2020 Honda

I came here early November and purchased a 2020 Honda Civic. I have been waiting on paperwork to be processed for a new title to be issued for over 6 weeks. Every time I call, I’m thrown around and told to just wait for it to be processed. This is getting ridiculous and waiting almost 2 months is unacceptable. Someone isn’t doing their job and should be held accountable.

Just bought a Honda Odyssey.

Just bought a Honda Odyssey. We were pretty late into the afternoon getting to the dealership but the staff was great about staying late to finish. Eugene was excellent to work with. Kind, knowledgeable and not pushy!! Great experience. Highly recommend!
