Upset customer
I came in for the repair of the radio in my Jeep grand Cherokee. Cody said it would take an hour to diagnose the problem and up to 4 hours to fix. I brought it in for an 11:00 am appt. Cody was my advisor. He suggested I take the shuttle home and wait there. So I did. I didn?t receive a call so at 5:15 pm I called in to Cody to find out what was up with my radio in my car. Only to find out that Cody had gone home early and that my radio was being ordered because they needed to change out the radio it wasn?t able to be fixed so they were replacing it and that when the radio is sent in I?ll need to come back in with the car and they would replace my bad radio with the new one. So now at 5:15 pm the shuttle person to pick me up and get my car has been sent home so I can?t get my car. I lost a days work because I didn?t have my car to go to work at my 3:00 pm start time. I had to call in for my job. And best of all no one gave me a call that my car was ready to be picked up after the 1 hour diagnosis was done and figured out I needed a new radio all because my advisor went home early and no one picked up his people he had and call me to get my car. Probably by 1:00 pm. So when I finally calmed down. I was very pissed. I called back. Around 7:00 pm. I gave 2 stars for customer service instead of zero stars only because when I called back in, I talked to your sales manager Malcolm who was the only reason you got any stars. He took the initiative to send someone. (Julian-sales person) to pick me up and take me to the dealership to get my car. Kudos to Malcolm and Julian for stepping up to the plate and hitting a home run. They allowed me to get my car and not have to wait for whenever Cody may of come back to work and call me to let me know what was up with my car. Very sad experience with the service dept. but a happy experience from your sales people.

It was good communication tell I said I’d take it.
It was good communication tell I said I’d take it. Then communication was very delayed sometimes days without responding. I had to make respond again to hopefully hear back. After down payment then they couldn’t fulfill what we agreed on. Now comes the day I pick it up. Most of the marks on this new vehicle I pointed out were still on there and salesman tried to clean some of them up as I pointed out. Once I took it home to paint correct it from the horrible detailing and what not I find the headlight scratches from one of the marks I pointed out when picking it up. Asked if they could get me just the headlight I’d change it myself and they said no they couldn’t help. So it’s all good going tell they have the sale then it’s all down hill from there

Chris, the service manager assigned to my warranty,
Chris, the service manager assigned to my warranty, really worked hard to get this completed. There were issues with the warranty company as they did not want to put the full labor costs and Chris really advocated for me and even did the work knowing the situation with the warranty company wasn’t 100% resolved so I could get my vehicle back. I really appreciate his hard work and dedication to getting my Jeep repaired and back on the road and getting the warranty company to pay for the repairs.
