We have been in the automotive business since the early 2000s. We started off on the wholesale side of the business and grew into the dealership we are today - Autos of Forney! We proudly serve the communities of Forney, Sunnyvale, and Mesquite in TX. Our goal is to sell you the absolute best in used vehicles. We purchased a vehicle from this dealership, provided a

We purchased a vehicle from this dealership, provided a down payment, and signed a contract. Despite repeated requests, they refused to provide us with a copy of the paperwork, claiming it would be emailed, but it never was. Instead, we received multiple excuses. Now, we are being told that the financing did not go through, that they want the car returned, and that the contract is invalid — yet they still refuse to give us a copy of the documents we signed. This experience raises serious concerns about transparency and professionalism. If you choose to do business here, insist on receiving all paperwork in hand before leaving the dealership. Do not rely on promises that it will be sent later, as that was not our experience.

After-sale responsiveness and title transfer was

After-sale responsiveness and title transfer was absolutely horrible. Getting permanent registration and plates was well beyond 60 days validity on temporary license plate, so forced to drive the vehicle illegally until registration resolved. No calls to update me on reasons for delay and when it would be solved, and calls to them were rolled to voicemail and never returned. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I have bought 2 vehicles and both has had to have new

I have bought 2 vehicles and both has had to have new motors put in. The first was still under manufacturer warranty so it was replaced, the second vehicle did not have any warranty and after having the vehicle for only 2 months I was quoted $6,500 plus taxes and labor to replace the motor on a vehicle that cost e $32,000. I am a disabled veteran with major health problems and now this is going to impact my credit as I can not afford the motor replacement nor can I afford to pay for a vehicle I can not use. I will never darken their door again. They have lost my trust and my business. If you decide to buy from this dealer make sure you have some kind of protection in place.

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Autos of Forney has been so frustrating and disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. I purchased my vehicle from them back in November of 2023. When I bought my car from them, they promised several things that they never followed through on, and worse, they never put any of it in writing. One major issue: they promised me a key fob for my vehicle, since it only came with a transponder key (no remote controls). They told me the key fob would be covered by Zurich, the warranty company, and that I would have to wait over 30 days for the warranty to take effect before I can contact Zurich. I contacted Zurich, and they told me that they cannot issue a replacement key fob since I never had one to begin with. When I went back to Autos of Forney, they told me a 30-day window was necessary for them to replace the key fob themselves. Not only did they never contact me or remind me about the 30-day window they claimed was necessary, but they specifically told me to WAIT 30 days to contact the warranty company. So, which is it? Now I’m stuck manually locking and unlocking my car every day, with only one copy of the key. So now, I had to pay $150 for programming and cutting, plus $60 for the key, for something they promised would be covered by their “warranty”. They also said they would patch up a cigarette burn in the seat, but instead gave me cheap, ill-fitting seat covers that don’t even fit my car properly. They also promised fitted floor mats to cover the torn floor rug. They instead ordered cheap, generic mats from Amazon that didn’t fit. Every step of the way, they’ve made promises and then completely failed to deliver. When I brought up the issue of being overbilled for my warranty, they didn’t offer a refund, just told me I could get my warranty extended. But does that coverage include the key fob they promised? Of course not. Because that’s the kind of company they are. They talk a big game, but my experience has shown that they don’t honor their word, and they certainly don’t put their customers first. I feel utterly robbed, and I would never recommend Autos of Forney to anyone.
