Dave is outstanding, customer service is great as is repairs. I love my Forester and I am extremely pleased with the dealership. I will always come back to this dealership for sales and service.

David was very courteous and pleasant.

David was very courteous and pleasant. Requested system update at time of service and assumed it was done but after reviewing receipt it was not done. After follow up call was informed there would have been a $100 copay under extended warranty guidelines.

Pleasant technician who was courteous and explained everything clearly. While he made some recommendations, there was no pressure to approve recommended service right away. I felt it was advisory, not a sales pitch.

I had an issue with the bill, but it was corrected

I had an issue with the bill, but it was corrected satisfactorily when I notified the service manager. I have never had an issue with the quality of the service.

World Subaru as a whole is fabulous!

World Subaru as a whole is fabulous! Went in for an oil change and recall today and Devin in the Service Department was great! Always takes her time explaining what needs to be done and how long it will take. It?s because of employees like Devin I will continue to be a loyal customer of World Subaru!
