Went there twice for maintenance. Had a terrible experience each time. Service department tries to gaslight you. Doesn't actually perform a diagnostic and then wants to charge you 211 dollars for doing nothing.

Dont buy a car from them.
Dont buy a car from them. They will waste your time and ruin your credit. Total lack of transparency. Will run and run your credit. I went in on a saturday. Got there around 4pm. Clarence got up immediately to help. He was super friendly and made sure we were happy. Did the test drive liked the car. Thats all the good I have to say. Sat down to file financing paperwork. 3 hours later still asking for more and more. Did all that was ask and finally had a deal. Got in the finance office with carol and did all the paperwork. Got to the very end of all the paperwork to be told that the bank closed for the night. I think that was a lie. Its now 730 and was told that we have to come back for the finalized sales contract. We signed all the documents. I MEAN ALL. We come back today monday the 14th and was told to sit down. A hour into sitting down no answer to what was going on to why we are still there. My phone goes off and my credit karma account and experian is sending more notices saying my inquiries. Nooone would give me a straight answer. I decide to walk over to the finance area ask whats going on we had a deal saturday. Answer given was the numbers are not making since. This is now 2 hours on monday. John the sales manager was no help. Lack of transparency. And shady business. WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. WILL MESS YOUR CREDIT UP.

I brought my car in for service today.
I brought my car in for service today. They replaced the cabin and engine air filters without my authorization. I explained to Ray that I had replaced them recently and asked him to put the old ones back in, but he couldn't find them. He asked me whether I needed to pay for them or if he had to take them out and leave my car without them. I also showed Ray the proof of email that I only need to get maintenance done. I ended up paying for additional services that were not necessary. Don't go there.

Service is the worst.
Service is the worst. Brought my car in for warranty work. They have to press a new volume knob onto the radio. 2 hours in and they still haven't taken it back. Complained. Service consultant is at lunch. Don't come here.

Bought 3 cars with zero problems. Currently have my RAV4 maintenance service done and appt was as scheduled. Jordan was assigned and I received updates on what he was doing and a final report for what was checked and what was done.

Never go again.
Never go again. I buy car with my wife and had most awful experience with my wife. They force and make us buy extended warranty. Even after i explain to the lady Linda that I do not think we need it. She said our rate will be less if we buy it. Still somehow we ended up getting it. Why does rate become less if we buy warranty? Makes no sense to either of us. Maybe Toyota can help if we call them. Don’t buy here, they definitely lied to us.

TLDR: A great no pressure place to buy a new Toyota.
TLDR: A great no pressure place to buy a new Toyota. A fantastic stress free experience purchasing my 2024 Toyota Prius XLE and trading in my 2014 Ford Focus. My car sales associate was Dulane Barnes who acted professionally throughout the whole process. He did not give me any round about talk and always was straight to the point with no pressure and always provided me with additional options when one wasn't available. He was very respectful of my time going above and beyond to provide me transportation after trading in my Ford. I was given a fair trade in value for my Ford and was provided quotes from three different sources to explain the number given. Mr. Barnes was professional and personable throughout the whole process and it is appreciated. Sean was my finance associate for the process. He was also very professional, took the time to explain all options, provided me quickly with my temporary tags & registration, and did not pressure me to purchase any additional plans. I had Jazzmine as my customer service representative who acted as quality control. She was very professional and courteous when inquiring about the process I went through to ensure that I had a good experience and what could have been done to improve it. The only recommendation I have, it's not really feasible, would be a snack/small meal (not vending machine) for those who are present more than four hours within the store. Over all the experience was much better than I had been anticipating and I recommend Safford Brown for Sales. Very Respectfully, Shea
