Randy Hamling is the main reason I have my Chrysler Town & Country Van serviced at Baxter's. He has always been friendly, honest & up front with me, explaining why something needs to be fixed or replaced, or not fixed or replaced, and he answers my many questions. Having someone you can trust is very important to me, especially when servicing your vehicle. Yesterday, they did an oil change, replaced an oil pan gasket that was leaking, and the detail dept. ( Anthony Agosta ) did my annual paint sealant reapplication, as well as the interior scotch guard protector. I have a 2004 model, and it looks like new again after the detail job! I have purchased and traded 3 new vehicles in the past 2 years from, dealers in Fremont ne, and Blair ne. My forth a 2013 grand Cherokee from Baxter was by far the the best car buying experience. All of the employees are very friendly and the dealership was by far the nicest I have been in. My sales man Randall Crutcher was by far the best sales man I have dealt with. I strongly suggest purchasing from Baxter.

Even when I returned the first vehicle that I decided I did not want, he was more than happy to help me out and work out a new deal even though he had already made the sale. Randy does a great job taking care of servicing my vehicle and making sure that the work requested was completed. I went in for an oil change and told Randy I had a slow leak in the front passenger side tire. My buzzer went off telling me everything was complete. Randy talked with me and I asked what they found out about the tire and he said he would go and find out what it was. He came back and said the said it was ok, but he asked them to recheck it and the found a small puncture hole that needed to be fixed. It took another 15 minutes, but it was fixed correctly and I thank Randy for that. Look up Randy Hamling !!!

DO NOT GET ANY CARS HERE! This place is not managed professionally. All services take for ever. For example car cleaning took 2 hours, not less than an hour as said by the dealer. Also, the excuse of their car wash being broke is a joke. They make 40+ car deals A DAY!..(quote from dealer) I think they can afford a descent car washer. My car's windows were cleaned with Armor All - who the hell does that!? Later at night when the weather cooled down, the Armor All was very hard to see through. I had to pull over and use my shirt to wipe as much as I could off from the windshield. The other windows would have to wait. But in the safety of my family I take high offense to their cheap, inconsiderate attitudes, lack of knowledge, and their laziness. I will never do business with them again! Friends of mine were smarter and went to Woodhouse, or Performance Auto, or bought privately.

Randall Crutcher was excellent to work with in the sales department. He has responded in a timely manner on everything I have asked. The guys that delivered the car were very courteous. My only complaint is in the cleanliness of the car when it arrived. I have sent pictures to Randy and he has forwarded these to detail shop and new car manager. I have not had a response yet but it is early yet. I buy and sell semi trailers and believe that the first appearance is very important. In that regard, when I popped the hood and the trunk, and looked at the scratches on the quarter panel it was a fail.
