This is a very prestigious dealership. They really listen to your needs their address your needs the cell pressure is very low and very fair. I loved the car I purchased. I’ve asked him to look for another car for me and if I’m lucky, they’ll find me another one.

Dealership apparently took off the afternoon (despite

Dealership apparently took off the afternoon (despite being told they would contact us for pickup and we could pickup vehicle until close). Ended up keeping our vehicle an extra day even though service was completed. Played phone tag with 4 different people, none of which could help up or get us to service.

Great during the sale awful after the sale is completed.

Great during the sale awful after the sale is completed. Can not get any assistance form them for a simple issue. They punt problems more than any football team. It is ridiculous. Been trying over a month for a simple resolution but since they sold me the car I guess thats all they have time for.

Sales rep Juan Carlos Deleon was outstanding. His patience, kindness and willingness to help listen to our needs, wants, and requests was not great. Anytime he did not have the exact answer to our questions he never gave us the run around. He simply said he does not know but he would find out and he did this both efficiently and effectively each and every time.
