The dealership itself is what to be expected. They try to get top dollar from you. But the service afterwards was the worst I came in for a oil change and replacement of a headlight bulb which they gave me the run around for whatever reason, had me to write down my exact mileage and insult to injury I needed a back wiper blade, which I bought prior to coming to the dealership for service I believe the technician whom changed my oil seeing the blade and just put it on took two seconds which I would have appreciate it but when it’s time to pay, they charge me for my blade that I bought and charge me for labor for a new blade as if it was theirs I believe that it was their blade which I thought as well by the time I got home to go snapped the blade on it was gone missing so I had to go back to the dealership the next day and explain tony The service manager made it seem like I was wrong, but I explained to Tony who is the service manager that my blade was missing. He made a big deal as if it was my fault. Told me he didn’t need my business. I accuse him of stealing which it was stealing so he had to order a new blade that he had in stock already so he said, but he had to order a new blade First and last time I would ever go back to the dealership or service department

Worse dealership I ever dealt with I got a car from the Landover dealership. And soon as I drove off the lot a knocking noise was coming from rear I called them about it and been calling I wanted to return the car 2 days later they tell me can’t get money back if I return it it will be as a repo I was like this is xxxxxxxx they sell you a car that has problems and when you tell them what is wrong with it they say that’s not the problem i Ben a mechanic I know the problem and took it there they claimed they fix3d it problem still there I will never buy another vehicle or recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from them all they care about is money that’s it so I bought my own part try to call them to see if they could put it on they ignore your phone calls so I’ll pay to put it on myself right now I can’t cuz of surgery but I’ll will tell you this my lawyer already knows about everything since day 1 I’ll let her deal with them to see what can be done it’s xxxxed up to sell a car with problems never again and they never have prices then when you finish they hit you with a bunch of xxxx never thought I would have to ever deal with this type of xxxx this is the first time I ever dealt with a dealership like this Maria in the service department tryed her best to try and get the problem fixed it’s ok tho they going to get what they deserve and they sold me a dam fleet car knowing how people drive cars like that

Declined the purchase of a M5. Lied to me for weeks about Cooperate getting in contact with me fand they never did. Dropped car off at my home with no paperwork. Car was never fixed. Low Antifreeze that ran out. No warranty was  presented when sold.  Turn signal was never fixed (cost over $1000 because it's a BMW), but somehow passed Maryland Inspection. Pending case with Maryland DMV Inspection Fraud Division. 

I bought a car from them and they said they fixed a part in the engine and never did don't ever buy a car from them ever again they will rip you off.

Appointment for test drive for 2017 Mercedes Benz CLA 250 was confirmed by dealership Representative "Mrs. Ana" and called me to the dealership. When I arrived dealership it was not available and was sold. Why they confirmed my appointment ? I spend my time for nothing. Very disapointed. Have no confidence of this dealership. Very poor customer service. Not recommand at all.

Chaz the salesman is a liar and manipulator! They sell bogus warranty too. Stay away.

This dealership sold a car that wasn't ask for took the trade in and sold the next day with out the sale being final on the purchasing car refused to give the deposit back then called the police and had us trust pass off they property and then I get on here and see that the review I left the first has been taking down and if they take this review down I'm just going to keep writing them I check this review page everyday

They will get cocky as xxxx with you especially when they get your money. They literally cursed me out I had to gain my composer because they had no idea who they was talking to like that. don't waste your time coming from out of town they have a SO CALLED CONTRACT FEE that's waiting for you they don't tell you about until you waste your time coming to there yard. That's why they don't show they prices online because there waiting to see how bad you want the vehicle then they stick it to you LOL. all there vehicles have high miles but clean on the outside CONTRACT FEE IS FREE MONEY TO THEM then your down payment comes. So when you see a vehicle that cost $8,000 about time you finance its going to be $24,000.00 they use a Fraudulent finance company name CREDIT ACCEPTANCE look them up there being sued by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in DC for Predatory lending Class action Law suit these are fake reviews on google check yelp out "YOU BEEN WARNED"

This dealership lead me to beleive a truck was there I wanted. They lied. It cost me $140 round trip thru Uber. Awful way to run business. I will never do business with them.
