Leon and Dudley were great to deal with

If you are looking for a car at Freedom then ask for Leon Prater. He listens and advises without ever being pushy. He wants you the customer to get the vehicle you want and is never pushy about it. I started out looking at a 2015 Dodge Challenger and ending up buying a new 2018 Challenger via Leon a week later. Never once did Leon pressure me nor did Dudley Sewell, the sales manager. Both bent over backwards to get me the car I wanted (they had to dealer trade) at a great price. Both were dedicated to making me happy. I had the opposite experience during the closing. The F&I office was like you'd imagine the back office at a seedy pawn shop would be. The man handling the closing couldn't have cared less. When I pointed out that he had misspelled my name he blew it off, saying (in effect) it didn't matter. When I restated that he had misspelled my name, he blew it off again. I had to wait an hour for the closing. It would have taken him 1 minute to reprint the form.

first class smooth

First class from the hand shake. Sales folks, financial team were great. Called all over looking for my specific truck. Super smooth! Unquestionably the best purchase experience to date! Felt total support from the whole dealership. Sales to service! Greatest!

Better than excellent!!! 100,000%

I thank Kevin so much he was the best car salesman i have ever dealt with in my life,attitude was awesome,honest didn't try to get over on me n my family,Kevin and his team went to war for my family and didn't give up until we drove away in a car that not only fitted or family but made us look good doing it as we road off,they are the best facility ever!!!!!! I give 100 stars if i could...😇😇😇😇😇

Great Job

I was very satisfied with Nick Faulkner and the whole staff at Glenn’s Freedom Dodge and Jeep. I was pleased with their dedication to giving the great job they did. I would have like some new tires on my truck but beggars choice. Just kidding was very happy over all

My salesperson was great and did everything in her power to make the buying process simple. The dealership as a whole, however, will not receive my return business. I drive 3.5 hours to the dealership only to realize they had advertised completely false information on the cars listing. Once I got over that, the car I chose to buy had a small issue that was noticed after paperwork was completed. I was told that the mechanics had gone home for the day, but that the issue would be a minor fix if I took it to a mechanic when I got home. They were completely wrong—it was not a simple fix and will cost me over $1000 to fix what they deemed a simple issue. Luckily it is cosmetic so isn’t of my top priority, but I would not trust a used vehicle from this dealership ever again.

Find another dealership that repairs your Jeep!

Took my Jeep in for a oil change & recall repair, was there ALL day, car hasn’t drove the same since, v8 drives like a 4 or 6 (Jeep was driving fine when I arrive for this appointment), didn’t bother to fill the windshield fluid. Turn around went back to in form them of my complaint blame it on brakes — bs❗️I will be going somewhere else for future repairs, oil changes & recalls AND Future PURCHASES or Trade-ins—-never again❗️❗️
