I purposely returned to this Kia dealership because I had

I purposely returned to this Kia dealership because I had bought 3 Other cars from them...This time was a huge dissappintment...I had an apt.fir sat ..great deal going on ..could not make it so rescheduled for Sun my first mistake..... Bruno, was my sales guy.... He was my only positive part of my 3 plus hrs there... All seemed to be going good..brought me in writing my pay off for my 2023 Sportage,and a new lesser payment.all what my terms were. However, by the time it got into finances hands everything changed. I have had my Kia Soul for two and a half weeks still have not received my contract which I was told would be emailed to me. When I went back out I was told it would be in the mail this week. My payments did not stay where they told me or actually showed me in writing. I was told no sweat make a couple of payments and we'll refinance for you. What the heck is that. I had an excellent credit score. And like I said have purchased other kids from them. Do not know if this was just a glitch and something wrong wrong in financing and they were trying to fix it but I had to continue to reach out send emails text messages and calls before someone spoke to me. I'm very sorry to say I am very disappointed and I'm still hanging in limbo love the car did not like the way I got it.. disappointed this time around.

I had an outstanding experience with the customer service I received from Ron Munday. Ron was incredibly careful, empathetic, and attentive to detail. He approached my car maintenance situation with patience and professionalism, taking the time to fully understand the issue and explore effective solutions. What stood out the most was his personal involvement—he didn't just delegate, but actually took the time to inspect the work and ensure that every maintenance detail was handled properly. His calm, thoughtful approach made a big difference. Truly excellent service!

Does not care at all about the customers. Dishonest and rude. Had the worst experience would highly recommend staying far away from Kia of Port Charlotte

Excellent from beginning to end! Steve listened to what we were looking for and found the right car for us. His customer service skills are terrific. Financing was just as smooth. Will highly recommend to friends and family.
