So I called on a car that had a specific price that the sales rep confirmed. After giving them the social and running a credit report, they sent me a text message with how much it would be per month. Red flag.. I asked them to send me the breakdown. And when he finally did, I realize the price on the car was almost $4000 higher than what they advertised online. I told him the price was wrong and he told me to click on details on their website. This is complete fault advertisement and this is what we trash. This is the exact type of stunt that give car dealerships bad names. I will be posting reviews everywhere, and if they are registered to the BBB, I will be reporting them there as well. And reporting them to the state of New York for false advertisement and misinforming customerse. ✌️

I purchased a truck earlier this month from these guys

I purchased a truck earlier this month from these guys and honestly, I couldn't be happier! From when they sat me down till I drove off in my new truck, it was a very pleasant buying experience. Kyle was very professional and upfront...no gimmicks...no xx! He treated me with respect and I appreciated the fact that he genuinely an honest person...rare qualities for a car salesman these days! Sammy in the finance dept. was just as pleasant and professional. Very knowledgeable and informative..made the experience worthwhile. Thanks guys!

I had a great experience at Ford of Port Jeff.

I had a great experience at Ford of Port Jeff. I was looking for a used Sienna that this dealership had. I was able to easily set up an appointment with RJ and got to work with Chris. He was very professional and explained everything exceptionally well. I did not finance but they did not push me to either. I got a reasonable price and it was a pleasure to deal with them. I would highly recommend working with Chris and Sam who is the finance manager. They treat you like family and I was able to drive off with the car I wanted.

Very frustrating.

Very frustrating. The parts department was not connected to the service department. Took the part I paid for and left.

My experience at Ford of Port Jeff was fantastic my service advisor was super helpful and made the whole process very easy to understand! Would highly recommend.

Service manager was going to charge me $1722.

Service manager was going to charge me $1722.00 plus parts and tax for repair that was under warranty. I called Ford Corp. and explained my problem. Leaking plastic oil pan again. They called Pt.Jeff ford and corrected NO cost ... under warranty. The service manager would never call me to update me or tell me when to pick-up truck. Radio silence. Had the truck for almost a week...I had to go in for updates or call to find out any information about repair completion/and to replace plastic pan with a metal pan which I found in Smithtown Ford for $147. William replaced with another Plastic Pan and told me at pick up that to get warranty I needed to use the same replacement part ( plastic pan ). William was annoyed I called Ford Corp in the first place. He told me next time to go to Brattleboro Vermont Ford where he used to work since truck is registered in Vermont. I'll go to Sayville Ford service who first told me truck was under warranty.

Poor service and service manager not professional to customers when he is proven wrong by Ford Corporation that Truck IS under warranty.

I was hesitant to go back but I heard they were under new

I was hesitant to go back but I heard they were under new ownership and let me tell you it was like night and day way better experience and I would recommend them

Buyer beware.

Buyer beware. This dealership charges additional dealer markup (insane amounts of markup). I have had many terrible experiences with the sales department as well as service. Stay far away from this place. You are much better off at any other ford dealership.

Visited service dept.

Visited service dept. on 3/21 and made a recall, WAIT FOR appointment with Fernando for April 8th,, he said it will be confirmed b email, no paperwork needed. Email confirmation came, but no mention of TYPE of appointment. Showed up on April 8th, he said I made a DROP OFF appointment, which I did NOT and asked for a 'card" that he did not give me. I understand this is a zero charge recall service, but I am sure Ford reimburses the dealer. Looks like they look for any excuse to delay service, very disappointed and will NEVER set foot in this dealership. Dishonest people!
