Elk Grove Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

I was looking at a 2008 Ram 2500 Power Wagon on the lot, went in, finally got financing and before I was able to go into the dealership in the afternoon to sign the paperwork, someone else bought the truck I wanted, needless to say I was upset. After working with Steve, Neil and Matt, they were able to get me financing on a new 2012 Ram 2500 ST 4x4 with the options I wanted, the Cummins diesel and 6 speed manual transmission. I also got an incredible deal, almost 11,000 dollars under MSRP. These guys are a class act and I'd highly recommend them to anyone. The Finance Manager I worked with, Charles is a very knowlegable guy, not just about cars (If he reads this, I like his choice in the 300 RUM, great round and definitely puts meat on the table)

Although, we already had picked the vehicle and had pre worked our loan we still had to come in and sign. Travis was our assigned salesman, and I must say, that the time I had to spend at the dealership waiting on contracts was a very pleasant experience due to Travis sense of humor and his people skills! We had great customer service from the time we arrived till we left the dealership. From the get go, you feel like you already know Travis and feel compelled to invite him home for dinner! I have bought my last 5 vehicles from Elk Grove Dodge, and this last purchase just renewed my faith in this dealership. Great Job Travis

Dave Mitchell was great to deal with he is very knowledgeable. He has a great personality. He understood what I wanted and when It came to making the deal he understood that we did not what to play any games just give us his best deal. Shak Zazai, the sales manager tried to play some games with us on the price I was not impressed by him at all. We almost left but they caught on quick and we were able to complete the deal. Charles Stetter was easy to deal with and made the process enjoyable. Loved his spilled coffe cup on the desk. ( its fake) Thank You for making the process easy . We bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland on 11/18. We must say this was the most pleasant experience We have ever had at a car dealership. David Mitchell was knowledgeable, pleasant, easy-going and applied absolutely no pressure on us. It was clear that he felt, as did we, that this was going to be our car and we should get exactly what we want. If they didn't have it, he would have found one for us. The price we worked out was a very good deal for a fine vehicle. The sales manager, Shak Zazai, provided the same type of no pressure, pleasant experience and got us out of there and into our new car very rapidly. We were in a time crunch to get someone to the airport and they worked efficiently to close the transaction and brief us on the vehicle. Thanks, guys. Nice job!

I had a great experience at Elk Grove Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership and I must say that I owe the great experience to "Rich" or Richard Brown. I am five months pregnant and my husband and I were shopping for a family car. I was afraid we were going to get harrassed and pressured into committing into something we did not necessarly want to commit at the moment. As it turns out, it was the opposite of that. Rich really made me feel comfortable. I felt as if I could take my time to make an important decision. He did not fit the stereotypical salesperson that we see on TV. He was down to earth, realisic, and sincere. He made us feel like we werent just potential customers, but extended family members. We ended up purchasing the 2012 Jeep Compass we had our eyes on. I believe that if we would have gone somewhere else or even dealt with someone else, we would not have purchased it. I am very satisfied with our new car and even more satisfied with the way we were treated at the dealersho. I would reccomend Rich to all my friends and family.

I had purchased my truck fromElk Grove Dodge back in August and I knew that I would be treated fairly and get an awesome deal. I was back there on 11/24/2012 to help my daughter purchase her first car, and Richard was really helpful without being pushy. The finance staff worked with her down payment, and she drove away in a newer car that we thought she would be able to afford. The staff at Elk Grove Lasher Dodge is totally an awesome group!!!!!
