Jay made the experience very pleasurable. He was knowledgable about the cars and he was interesting in meeting all my needs and criteria. Jay was very patient and I enjoyed dealing with him. I got exactly what I wanted and left feeling that I had made a new friend. Thank you Jay.

Buying from this dealership was a very positive...

Buying from this dealership was a very positive experience. I was very impressed with the professionalism Zabi, Freddie and Gordon displayed in dealing with my wife and me during the" negotiation process". More importantly, these gentlemen were very honest,courteous, patient, and friendly thru out the entire process.

Had a wonderful experience at the dealership and with Mr. Macias purchasing my Ram truck. He put up with my numerous phone calls and questions and found me the truck I wanted at a price that made me forget the 45 minute drive to pick up the truck. Absolutely wonderful experience and I will have no problem telling friends and family to check out this dealership.

We had called in advance to this dealership and David was...

We had called in advance to this dealership and David was the salesperson who helped us; we were looking for a certain vehicle. David set up a time for us to come see him and he said the car would be ready to view. When we arrived, David met us and showed us the vehicle ( 2012 Challenger ) and took us for a test ride. We fell in love with the car and David took us through the sales process. David was very knowledgeable and porobably one of the most friendly car salesmen we have ever had the pleasure to do business. He made us feel totally at ease and there was never any pressure. David totally answeed all of our questions and concerns and never tried to push us in any direction - he just explained the various options to us and let us choose. The way David showcased this car to us made me feel that he might have owned one himself. This was the quickest and most enjoyable car-buying experience I have ever had the peasure to be involved in. I must add that the finance officer ( wish I could remember his name ) was also a joy to woark with. He too was friendly and made my wife and I feel at ease. Usually this part of the transaction is where I've felt the most pressure in the past, but not this time. I had been in the process of looking for a new truck. I knew how much I wanted to spend. I don’t like to waste time. I don’t like to haggle. I met the first salesman I saw on the lot. I told him my parameters. He left for a moment and then introduced me to Stanley Simpson. Mr. Simpson listened to what I had to say. He showed me two trucks. I bought the second truck which was well within what I wanted to spend. No hassle. No pressure. No haggling. Mr. Simpson and his finance team were great. They got me in and out. We were looking for a vehicle during the Memorial...

We were looking for a vehicle during the Memorial Holiday. We found a Jeep that was priced within our budget. I must admit the Dealership was very busy that day and we were short on time also. We managed to complete the transaction by early evening. I would like to take the opportunity to let you know that our Salesperson, Richard Brown was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive of our decisions. We've purchased vehicles in the past but "never" have I had the opportunity to work with such a professional! He took the time to make sure I understood the vehicle and it's operation. Richard answered all my questions regarding towing capabilities and mileage. He made a "rather stressful experience" of buying a vehicle a pleasant experience! I would recommend the dealership but only if Richard Brown was the Salesperson!!!

james made it so easy for me to buy my 2012 dodge...

james made it so easy for me to buy my 2012 dodge avenger, plus my credit score was challenged- I will recommend him to my co-workers if they ever need a great, postive and friendly experience with buying a car to go see james before anyone else.

We were told the dealership only made $35 off of the...

We were told the dealership only made $35 off of the deal. How generous huh? The car had sat on the lot for almost 3 months with no takers. I offered them MUCH more than the car was worth and they made it sound like I was practically getting it for free. They really made close to $2k+! Please DO YOUR HOMEWORK before you show up at this dealership (or any dealership for that matter).

I have worked with James Slan several times before and he is always very professional and a great pleasure to work with. I was so happy with how my deal for my new Ram 1500 went and with how hard James worked with me that the very next week, I brought my son in, who purchased a Dodge Journey, and we once again worked with James. He was able to pull together another great deal for us. Thank you!

I went to Elk Grove Jeep from Reno because of the price...

I went to Elk Grove Jeep from Reno because of the price and they had the options I wanted. Jeremy Remillard was my contact. Jeremy was not a high pressure salesman and got he me the price that we agreed on. The only negative part of the overall experiance was waiting over two hours for his boss to look over the deal even though I filled out the pre-approval paperwork the day before, and selected the Jeep I wanted before coming down to purchase. Jim Kelly was my finance manager and did a fine job.
