Elk Grove Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

We were looking for a jeep patriot lattitude for our son's 16th birthday. Our first start, naturally, was in our own backyard in San jose, CA, where we found good dealers with helpful employees, but the overall experiences we were getting did not make everyone 100% comfortable. My wife, while looking online came across the Elk Grove Website, which was far away the easiest one to use. It had specs, pictures, and general pricing online. Our first contact was Jay Prakash, who was very patient, upfront, and helpful in answering our questions on the model we were looking into. He asked us all of the right questions and made everyone feel fairly comfortable, considering we had not met him as of yet. Once we had narrowed down the make, model, and features we called him up to go over what type of pricing we might be able to get. Since we were looking at getting 2ea, one for our son and another for a close friends son. Jay came in with a very fair and reasonable price. We made arrangements to come down on Saturday the 28th in the morning, since it was a 2hr drive. Once we had arrived, we knew we had made the right choice in coming... The dealership was easy to find, clean, and, the Internet sales person, Jay, was great. The entire process working with this dealership was fantastic from start to finish. Sales, Management, Finance all were extremely personable, straight forward, knowledgable, and above all else made this buying experience a great one! After leaving, we stopped for lunch before heading home and discussed the whole buying experience with my son, who couldn't stop smiling from ear to ear. We asked him how he felt about everything, since he had gone from dealership to dealership with us and had experienced all of the different styles. His first response was what summed it all up, "They made it so easy!". Having dealt with many dealerships over the years, both personally and professionally, this was by far the best experience. My husband and I came in Saturday in search for a preowned Jeep or truck. richard was very patient with us and let us test drive both and explained the pros/ cons. Any questions were answered immediately and he gave us all the time we needed to make our decision. no rushing or pushing. We felt comfortable. Richard also knew when to step away so my husband and I could speak in private. We have bought four or five cars together and this has definitely been the best service ever! Shak was friendly and funny was able to beat out credit union APR and work with our budget. Will I be back? Hell yeah!

These guys did a great job. Answered questions quickly and honestly and managed a very transparant transaction. They beat the finance rate from my local credit union and although they were hustling to make the sale, they were not high-pressure. Highly recommend!

There's a reason I drove all the way from Lafayette and that would be Jeremy! I was looking for a Jeeep for my son, Joshua. I filled out a USAA dealer look up and Elk Grove Dodge was one of 5 that popped up on my screen. The word went out, I'm looking for a car. Jeremy replied via email within the 1st hour. He called me by phone within 2 hours. Of the other 4 dealers, one replied 2 days later and the other 3 still (10 days later) have not gotten back to me. When asked why I should buy a car from him, he simply directed me to a dealer/salesman rating web site and asked me to look at his ratings. Mostly "5s" and rave reviews. Anyway, today I told Jeremy I would need to leave at 1 pm for personal reasons and he did his best to accomodate us. He focused exactly on what we wanted and didn't try to upsell us on a higher end model. If I had to mark down on anything, I would have to say he had quoted me $3,500 worth of rebates on the phone but it turned out to only be $2,000 available rebates when all was said and done. In his defense, he did a fine job working to get us a reasonable value for our trade in. Unlike several other car buying experiences I've had in the past, I felt like I was treated fairly, with respect and I would absolutely buy another car from this professional "go-getter"!

I had called ahead and spokent to Stanley and he was very helpful in finding out my car of choice was on special for Memorial Day. I drove up from Fresno. Stanley knew I wanted the car and didnt try to sell me the more expensive models. He brought it right out when I got there. He was very helpful throughout the process. This is a Great Dealership!!No Realy Let me tell you about my new car buying.First on 7/6/12 me and the wife went to carmax got a good apprisal for my car,But once we told them we could not find a car that would work for us,we were treated BAD. BUT HERE'S THE GOOD NEWS,got home with the wife,now mind you it was a HOT day so the wife was tired anyway i picked up the Bee saw a ad from ELKGROVE JEEP picked up the phone and called. Cory Long answered i told him how much carmax offered and what had happened, He told me to hold on, then his Boss Steve Coopersmith got on the phone and Asured me that i would get my trade-in vaule.And not only that but the Right price on the Jeep i wanted. I had been researching the Chrysler 300's for two months, and visited 4 dealorships prior to meeting Mr. Macias at Elk Grove Dodge,Chrysler, Jeep. Over the phone; I live 1.5 hours from Elk Grove, I discussed with Victor what I was looking for specifically in the car, specifics on down payments and the terms of my financing and a list of vehicles I wished to look at once I met up with him at the showroom. It was important to me that Victor understood that I was coming from a long distance and needed some assurance that we were both on the same page. Victor took my information, and called me back 10 minutes later with 4 possible cars to preview that met the terms that I had set for myself. We met up at the dealorship this past weekend, Victor took the time to show me the cars selected and then we sat down for the sale. I was expecting the back and forth, agonizing 4 hours in the chair. Not here folks, Victor had the details and terms we had discussed over the phone, set up and ready to review. I was very impressed by this, and he, Victor, delivered everything he said he would do. He even turned me on to this cool little burger and rib shack hidden in one of the Lasher Group buildings. This is my first new car in 11 years, and the experience in Elk Grove was pleasantly suprising. I would recommed to anyone to visit this dealorship, evan if you just have questions on a vehicle.
