2nd car buying experience with this dealership in less than 2 months and that was due to the level of awesome service I received from salesman Steve Magana. I called him on a Monday and by Friday my daughter was driving home in a beautiful car and I am very appreciative for the effort that went into making it happen, now we are both driving great vehicles from lasher. Thanks to Matt as well and wish Omar could have taken care of our financing but Jerry was awesome as well.

I am not a patient man. I want what I want when I want it. Not exactly the ideal customer for a car sale. They had me fill in the paperwork to check my credit and I had done a lousy, incomplete job. Well I'm not even able to fill in the required questions because of all days I walked out of the house without my cell phone. I have used cell phones since 1982 and have all my friends and relatives phone numbers and addresses. I have all my former job information and all kinds of information that is needed for THE application to be complete. Well my salesman along with the manager both gave me ideas how to figure out the answers I needed. They lent me there cell phones and were champions helping me get the forms all filled out. The internet info was accurate and we did our homework with several dealers as we knew what vehicle we were interested in and what would be a fair price. Made the phone call and talked with the Gary (internet fleet manager I believe) to ensure our understanding of the details were correct. Rebates confirmed; both eligibility and quantity along with the proof required to show to receive the rebate. The only range of discount was the "dealer discount" and it was confirmed on the phone to be finalized the next day when the approving person (may be Adam or Gary) would say. It would be in the range of $2000 to $2500. We could accept anything in that range preferring the $2500 discount of course. The salesman (Mr. Benton) to help when we showed up didn't know those details from above, talked to his manager, and we ended up going through the long drawn out process of negotiating sale price. I stated quite clearly we were not interested in a monthly cost as we would plan to pay off immediately. It was the stereotypical car-buying experience when it should not have been. Very disappointing. We ended up after several hours with all the rebates and the $2000 dealer discount.

Gino, Herbie and Keith were the best. I came in looking to trade in my first love (Cadillac CTS) for a more practical car. All three of these gentleman handle my situation with care. Gino (sales) was patient with my schedule and the minimual time I had to put toward looking for a car. Once I made it to the lot, Herbie(Sales) sat down with me and worked the numbers out and helped me make the best choice of vehicle for me and my family, Keith (Finance) helped me through the time consuming process of signing my life away. He worked hard finding me the right deal. I left on Wednesday night with a great deal, I was contacted the next day to come back in because Keith found me a better interest rate. Thanks to all three of these gentleman, the process of purchasing a car was an enjoyable experiance.

Matt was a great salesman. He never tried to push me into buying anything less than the perfect car for me. When the car I wanted wasn't on site, he not only got Gordon, the sales manager, to find us the perfect car, but they beat the deal I had pending from a rival dealer. Matt made sure my car arrived all the way from Colma on the date that I needed it, but he stayed until 11:30 at night after working 7 days straight to ensure the financing went smooth. I would recommend him to anyone!
