DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM!!! I purchased my vehicle 2 months ago and I still haven’t received a title. I call and they don’t pick up. After 2 months of waiting, they had to provide me with new temporary tags when mine has expired. Leaving me to drive on dead tags. Finally he gave me a deadline that if he didn’t receive my title, he would give me a refund. That’s when I couldn’t get anybody on the phone. They gotta be writing their own reviews because my boyfriend bought an Audi from them and spent $30,000 and it still had problems (which tires never got replaced like discussed) and even after he paid for it they was still advertising it as if it was still for sale.

Stay away. They do not honor We Owe agreements. Dishonest. We have a complaint with the Va state agency that deals with car dealerships. Not optimistic though.

Please stay away. Despite how good the prices might seem, these cars are riddled with problems and the dealers (specifically Mike) are untrustworthy and just want your money. I thought I found a good deal, but the car I bought with them has probably been the worst financial decision of my life I bought a Lexus IS350 from them on short notice. First problem, on their website listing they never mentioned that it had a REJECTED inspection. I drove 5 hours to see the car (and paid a 300$ deposit) to find out that it had numerous issues. When about to purchase, I brought up the fact that it had steering issues noted on the inspection that were never mentioned to me, Mike said "it's probably something like the tie rod not a big deal." When driving I ended up losing ABS, traction control and brakes because of that problem, and it ended up being a 1300$ job. Now, the electrical system went out, the speakers are gone (3900$ job OEM), and there's evidence of extensive rust throughout the car. Despite a clean title and no evidence of a flood. Every time I step in that car I regret I bought from Carstop VA. All in all, dealers are not good people, cars are in poor shape, and I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them.

I went to car stop of colonial beach to purchase a vehicle, salesman and I worked a deal I called my credit union told the dealer I would bring the check the next day. Went the next day as agreed with check and they sold the vehicle while I was sitting there. They just sold my neighbors son a vehicle with a rod nocking. Buyer predator selling.

Very unprofessional. I left a good review when I bought the car but dealing with them after is difficult. I would suggest bringing a mechanic when you buy a car from here or more so just go somewhere else. Aside from the car the service is not as good too. Can’t speak for everybody in there but the one I dealt was not the best and forgot a lot of things. Also bought the car with problems when told everything was fine and working good. Dead battery in second month of buying also. They reached out in an attempt just to get me to delete my review saying they’d fix the car but didn’t fix anything. Was told something was wrong with my car when I took it to then to look at it and they still haven’t gotten back to me about the part coming in or a date to get it fixed. Do yourself a favor and go to northern neck Chevy or bayside ford this place is going to get over on you for sure. Don’t be fooled by good reviews they ask you to make one before you even buy the car and pull off .

Nicest people ever when purchasing a car, they have the “all for you” attitude. But what they don’t tell you is that after you leave the lot, they become xxxx. Mike was very rude when I called to check in on my tags. He hung up on me, and when calling back my call was continuously declined. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ON ANY OCCASION!

Its been 4 months and I still have not received my title so I feel obligated to speak up. My tags are expired, the 90 warranty I was verbally promised which meant nothing to these people, has expired without any sort of cooperation to have the vehicle fixed so I'm actually stuck with a car that will be towed any day now I'm sure. One valuable lesson from all this while back to catching the bus I've learned, check the review's. I filed a BBB complaint that they didn't even respond too of course!!

Purchased 2016 Porsche Cayenne 6/13 from Moe. I've had my vehicle for a little over a month now. Purchasing vehicle was easy. Initially the Porsche I wanted had issues, Moe was transparent and upfront about it. I only wanted to purchase a Porsche (no other make). Mo was able to find me another Porsche> get me approved me for a newer model Porsche, Cayenne. Car rides great! I also purchased warranty for 2 years or up to 24,000 miles. Awesome! I received my hard tags before 30 day tags expired. Super siked! Mo communicated every step of the way, with updates and follow ups. I appreciate his tranparency! My only take away is car needed oil change (oil change indicator is on), dealership charges $600.00. Also none of my tires have sensors as well as I did not receive key for my rims. It would be nice to know if Carstop could help being I paid over 20K for this vehicle and put $5K down. This is only reason I did not give 5 star
