I took my car here for servicing and I had a good experience. The staff attended to me promptly, Inspected the car and provided with estimated time to pick it up. They did a good job at explaining everything and handed me the keys within an hour and a half.

I recently purchased a Genesis GV70 from this dealership. While it was a pleasant experience, what really made it special was the general manager Ray and the salesman Andrell. They both went way out of their way to make sure I was happy, and I would highly recommend the dealership because of them.

The dealership is located conveniently close to downtown Chicago, but the main reason to buy your car there is the quality of their people. The manager, Ray, was very responsive and he made even my unusual request for an equipment change happen. Our salesman, Ricky, could not have done more to make our purchasing expertise easier or more enjoyable. And as for our new Genesis, it is simply extraordinary !
