Don’t trust these guys. Brought my car in to be looked at, waited days to hear anything back. Was charged for work i didn’t ask for and have to chase them down to resolve anything. Stole my money. Don’t trust these guys.

I took my car here for servicing and I had a good experience. The staff attended to me promptly, Inspected the car and provided with estimated time to pick it up. They did a good job at explaining everything and handed me the keys within an hour and a half.

I recently purchased a Genesis GV70 from this dealership. While it was a pleasant experience, what really made it special was the general manager Ray and the salesman Andrell. They both went way out of their way to make sure I was happy, and I would highly recommend the dealership because of them.

The dealership is located conveniently close to downtown Chicago, but the main reason to buy your car there is the quality of their people. The manager, Ray, was very responsive and he made even my unusual request for an equipment change happen.
