LOVE Rodeo Kia!
My experience with Rodeo Kia was incredible. I had spoken to Chad and Ricardo prior to choosing a vehicle and they were incredibly efficient and helpful. Chris Hawks was my Kia Specialist and he was WONDERFUL! He was extremely knowledgeable on many different models and brands I was inquiring about. He took the time to show me each car. He was personable and very patient with finding a car that fit my needs and wants. The paperwork process with Jonathan was quick and painless which I've never experienced at a dealership before, so that was awesome. I highly recommend Rodeo Kia to anyone and they just gained a lifelong customer!

Awesome service & friendly environment great staff
I love this facility even though I drive a little further than I would like to. All of the staff is friendly and each one make it a point to say hi. Larry Orris is a great service advisor he is upfront about what the type of service and cost that will be done. This is very important to me because my experience in the past has not been a positive one when it comes to servicing the car. Since I am a woman they have tried to perform services not necessary which has made me weary of service advisors. Larry has been the opposite I feel he has been sincere and upfront with me for this I am very grateful.

The team at Kia Earnhardt were precise and to the point. Chris and Patrick and their leading manager listened and responded in kind to what I was looking for and were prompt in their attempts to fulfill what I was looking for. Chris was warm and friendly and everyone as a team seemed to know what they were doing. Thank you for helping me find a vehicle to get to work each day!

Very good customer service
Me and my wife just came in to look at some cars and we ran into Chris Hawks. Chris was so laid back and very nice. He was so patient with me and my wife that we decided to buy a car from him. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family.

Recent service
Larry Orris(?), the service adviser, was courteous, professional and helpful. What I thought was one problem was actually another and he took care of it anyway, and in a very timely fashion. This is why I drive all the way to Avondale when I have another KIA dealership available closer. The customer service is outstanding!

Worst experience
Bought a car here 4 months ago vehicle now overheats and cracked radiator with only put less than 500 miles. There are leakes everywhere and a broken oil pan this is ridiculous when I called for service inspection reports that should have been done prior to selling this vehicle Bill denied me and accused me of owing the company 1000 when I paid them my down payment and have the bank statements to prove it I advised him I want the reports he avoided the question and told me to lie and file an insurance claim for my car. Theae people are shady I would never buy a car from them again and wouldn't recommend u do either!!

Great Buying Experience at Rodeo
Came to Rodeo after bad experience at my current Kia dealer. Rodeo was excellent. The rep, "DJ" was professional, efficient & friendly. Listened to my needs and worked hard to get the deal done quickly. No haggling. Just good sales effort backed by a team of 'no nonsense' managers who helped seal the deal. No wasted effort. Felt I was treated with respect and left pleased with my purchase in record time.
