Great Service department and personnel

Everything! Everyone in the service department listened to me and treated my questions with respect. They even showed me what was causing my problem and fixed it.

Great Service

I had an 11:00 AM appointment but took my car in 90 minutes earlier because I was in the area from another appointment. I used your shuttle for the first time which is very convenient since I live in Buckeye. My car was ready earlier than I expected. It was nice to know that I could use the shuttle to pick up my car but my brother gave me a ride. Everyone at Rodeo Kia is very helpful and professional.

Service

The reps at the intake desk were friendly & professional. Hard to be both sometimes, but they did it. My personal rep was Krysta & she was on top of things. Also, the car was ready earlier than I requested which turned out great because I had to pick it up earlier than expected. The job done by the service people was terrific. Car is clean, checked out fine & runs super.

Great deal, great people!

One of the best car buying experiences I've had. The offer brought me in, there was no deviation from what I was told, and I was treated like a customer, with courtesy and respect. Stuart, Rick, and Chad were great.

Excellent Care Buying Experience

DeRon, the car salesperson, provided exceptional service. He was knowledgeable of the product, listened, did not pressure, and was efficient once the decision to purchase was made. The experience was pleasant and not at all stressful. Overall, I found all staff to be extremely friendly and easy to work with and I highly recommend this dealership to others.
