Being a little nervous and having no idea what to expect, Bryan made the car buying experience so simple with no pressure! He thoroughly answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He showed me the car and gave me space to think about it. The vehicle was described to me over the phone with very clear communication and met my expectations! Bryan was very personal and professional, I look forward to working with him again in the future!

The dealership has a nice selection of CPO & pre-owned vehicles at a fair price. The staff and ownership was warm and friendly, to I’ve had a few VW’s (love/hate relationships) and an Audi (all love) and Audi this place was a logical place to start. Walked in on a Friday without an appointment and Ronnie spent all the time I needed showing me different models that fit my budget and discussing what I was looking for. He was straight forward and informative, offered honest opinions and feedback, and was low pressure. Returned the following week on a bit of an impulsive whim (aka still no appointment) after extensively looking around and testing different things and just had a feeling I needed to come back to The preweeks inventory. Ronnie worked through the different models available in my budget and After working through two very different vehicles fell in love with an A5 sportback and drove it home 1 day later. Just wish all extended warranty options had been presented by the business manager on deposit rather than waiting for signing.

He was invested in the sale but with no pressure. I purchased the car over the phone from Rhode Island. Bryan made the process easy and efficient. The car was as advertised and described and in excellent condition when I picket it up. Al DiFusco was also very professional and helpful in addressing questions I had about the documentation of the sale. Very pleasant experience with Bryan LeBlanc at WEEKS Dealership in Danbury. Bryan provided us with all the necessary documentation and service records for our 2017 Audi A5 2.0T Sport Cabriolet. Bryan even drove an hour to Berlin in order to process the final paper-work and to obtain the CT Registration plates at the DMV. Courtney -the finance manager was a pleasure to work with as well. She is dedicated and efficient. She even left her gym abruptly to clarify some numbers for us.
