Stephen was very responsive and patient. I live in Florida so I requested a bunch of photos, including some of the undercarriage. He had them put it on a lift and take those pictures for me. The whole experience was seamless. I flew in, signed the paperwork and headed back to Florida. If they had given me a full tank of gas, knowing I had an 1100 mile trek ahead of me, that would have been icing on the cake.
