I came into here genuinely interested in buying a car,
I came into here genuinely interested in buying a car, and at first things seemed promising — I was greeted promptly and taken on a test drive without much delay. But once we got back, the experience took a turn. The salesperson said he needed to “check on something,” and asked me to wait. Fifteen minutes later, he walked back out — cigarette in hand — clearly on a break. When I asked a simple follow-up question, he looked visibly annoyed, as if I was bothering him. When we finally sat down to talk numbers, things got worse. Instead of negotiating like a professional, he asked me what my final offer was because, in his words, he was “afraid to go to bat” for me — claiming I seemed “hard to please.” I was shocked. Apparently asking fair, direct questions about pricing and wanting transparency makes me difficult? As a woman, I left feeling talked down to, patronized, and completely dismissed. I came ready to buy a car and was met with condescension instead of respect. If you’re a woman expecting to be treated with professionalism, I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

I took my Lincoln MKZ in for service at Puente Hills
I took my Lincoln MKZ in for service at Puente Hills Ford. I was strapped for cash and was only there for the $89 oil change but my bill came to $166. I questioned why the extra and was told they checked brakes and tried to rotate my tires but I stopped them as I have separate company tire service. I was upset. Also I needed to buy a $500 molding for the top trunk of my car. Eddie in Parts was helpful in refucing price and Ken Vasquez Dervice Manager promised me if I bought the part he would put it on for free He said it looked like a relativity simple job to “pop on”. I know he was trying to be helpful which I appreciated. I am a senior on a fixed income so I need to be careful when spending. But the molding needed to be put on so I charged it and was grateful for Ken’s offer to put it on no charge. It took almost two weeks for the part to arrive from Memphis. I received a call yesterday from Eddie in parts notifying me the $500 mpart just arrived. This was yesterday Dec 13. So i picked up the part and took it to Ken Vasquez, to follow up on his offer. I did not have an appointment, yet, Ken arranged for mechanic Bryan to put the part on free of charge. Given my dire financial circumstances, I was very appreciative. Ken was true to his word. He even made sure my car was washed. I am most grateful to both Ken Vasquez and Bryan for taking care of this for me. Ken was attuned to my financial distress and responded with grace, compassion and professalism. It is the holiday season. Both Ken Vasquez and Bryan responded to my vehicle needs in the most gracious and professional manner. For this, I am grateful. Thank you. Merry Christmas and Thank You!

I walked into this Dealership today and Mario M. was awaiting my arrival. Great individual, he immediately gave me keys to test drive the vehicle He was not pushy at all. He allowed me to take my time and decide if this vehicle was the right fit. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a much needed vehicle. He’s definitely the salesman you need to ask for. He’s direct when need to be and honest. I would consider him a family member after today’s meeting

Terrible terrible customer service!
Terrible terrible customer service!!!!! Went on a Saturday and they didn’t have the 2023 mustang California special on the lot, that said it was for sale online. Spoke with a very rude sales man named Mario Murillo which lied to me on multiple different aspects of the car. One being which the car was supposedly going thru maintenance but was actually being took on a joy ride by one of the owners which put 300+ more miles on the car. Second when calling during the next week on Tuesday I was told the car was back from the shop and ready to sale, and was given a contract with a completely wrong sales tax, plus the optional parts that said “optional” on the finance sheet that was given to me, was being told to me that those optional parts were unable to be removed. Third I was told by the rude sales man named Mario Murillo, that the general sales manager was unable to speak to customers about finances, which was a lie and that any question I had about numbers would have to be asked to the sales man so he could go tell the general sales manager, basically middle manning me. Forth, when the day that I was going to go see it got closer the sales guy said he already had someone going to look at it the same day as me but had a contract already for the car, keep in mind I live 4 hours away. So meaning I would’ve drove for no reason because they already had a contract with someone else that lived closer. Fifth of all when finally being able to speak to the general sales manager I was told that the car was not even for sale yet and that it was going thru the shop, and earlier that day I got sent pictures of the car on their lot from the sales man Mario which I then noticed it had 300+ more miles on the car and at this time it was supposedly for sale. Sixth of all when speaking to the very rude general sales manager Fortino Milian, he said he didn’t care that I was pre approved he just cared about having a check this same day and saying he had 2 other appointments that same day and supposedly those people were willing to get overcharged. A day prior to this day he told me once it was up for sale he would call me and be able to get the purchase process moving forward with me over the phone since I lived so far away, and that he would be able to remove those optional parts off the contract and car. He then told me he was gonna have that same rude sales man “Mario” contact me to begin the process. This sales man never messaged me anything because of the fact they just want to find a person who is dumb enough to take the car as is at their financing rate even tho u could already be pre approved. All they care about is getting the most money out of unknowledgeable customers. “DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS TO THESE RUDE PEOPLE”! The general sales manager said they could change the price whenever they want for whatever they want. They will try and lie to u about multiple things in hopes of reeling u in to their terms and numbers. They are using “predatory” business practices, and being dishonest and unwilling to work with anyone’s pre approvals. They will lie to u saying they have so many appointments so they can reel u in to going sooner or will lie to u saying it’s not for sale yet, so they can hold it for another unknowledgeable customer so they can overcharge them. Terrible business, terrible managers, and terrible customer services!!!! DO NOT BUY HERE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME!!!

We have been to multiple car dealers and only Ford was able to come thru for us when it comes to the price, to the %interest and monthly payment we are comfortable with a car we want.
