All of the people we interacted with at your service center were extremely nice and helpful. Alan and I are elderly people so we don't know much about the modern cars; other than steering and applying the accelerator and brake pedals it taxes our brains. We had the recalls on our 2018 fixed and then had my husband's 2001 SL 500 repaired . We sold our 2018 Mercedes to your dealership. The car was too confusing for us to learn how everything works. It was such a wonderful riding car but was seldom used. We don't know about the the pricing for the repairs on the MZB 500, there was a lot of things to be worked on. Other of your employees helped us but we don't remember who they were, but they all were very nice to us.
