They have a big lot with alot of C300 vehicles that gave me more choices. They are very friendly and have a great service.

This dealership really demonstrates focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledgeable staff and crews. Always helpful and if overnight stay (for your car) is necessary - they are quick to provide a quality loaner vehicle and keep you informed on progress.

Service personal were very good. Good contact as to the timing for car availability . The only thing is when you arrive to pick your car up after service the car was not ready because it needed to be washed! There was to long a wait . The dealer in San Diego has the car ready to go when you arrive. It is not a big thing but nice.

This is my 4th Mercedes Benz that I've purchase. This dealership is hands down the best dealership that I've ever been to. Friendly staff helpful, no B.S. I really enjoyed my experience with them. And my credit wasn't A1 because of some fraudulent activity, So it was a chore getting me finance, but Ken did and I'm happy with my White S550. Robby and Mung too Ask for them if you go in.

Found the car I wanted via Internet and called a few dealerships. Sarah promptly called us back and said she had the car in her inventory. We explained we would come in that day, she was waiting for us. The transaction was smooth and positive. I left with a brand new GLE 350 with the color, and interior and price point I wanted. Will return to this dealership in the future!!

Found exactly what we wanted at a different dealership, but decided to stop here before driving 70 miles to see what they had on the lot. I am glad we did. They were very professional and listened to what I wanted and felt was a good deal, based on my research. We found the right car, test drove a few of them and negotiated a deal within my expectations. In fact, they called me the following day and told my my payment would be LESS because they got me a better rate... That was incredibly honest and excellent customer service in my book. My next car will be from this dealer. The whole team was a pleasure to work with and we left in time to have dinner at a local restaurant. It was not the ordeal I expected it to be. Well done!

The customer service was excellent but I did not have anyone check my windshield wipers, I feel like quality should go in everything and I think I was sent 1 discount coupon which expired before my service was due.

I found the perfect car, both in terms of the model and price. I specially want to thank the sales person, Mung, as he truly is a nice guy and very helpful and knowledgeable.
