Buying a car

Moe Alghofari was a great help,he helped me find a car that was perfect for me. Customer service was excellent here at North Coast Auto Mall and I would highly recommend someone get a car from here.

Interesting Experience

The dealership almost lost our sale though when a “manager” appeared to aggressively ask us why we offered the amount we did for the vehicle. He produced sale prices from other dealerships to show he had the lowest price which we could have cared less about. There is no negotiation room with their prices. The price that was listed for the car is what we paid. They did do what they called a “reduction “ by not charging the document fee of $250. The car had also been involved in an accident and was repaired on the premises but no one knew where it was damaged or how much damage there was. The Carfax did not list the accident with all the information that was provided. They put $20 worth of gas in the vehicle and that was it for prep work. There had been no cleaning of the vehicle at all. Everything was dusty, windows could have been washed, etc. It certainly would have been nice to have a clean car to drive home. So, why did we buy the car? We needed a vehicle to drive around the country for a couple years and this one is a 2018 with 4,000 +- miles on it. Several times we were ready to walk away from the sale but the salesman was very patient with our questions and we appreciated that.

Great service

Had a great experience at akron north coast auto mall.Jonah was very helpful and kept in touch with me to help me find the right car for me. He was honest and answered all my questions. Was a great guy to work with very personable.

Well worth the drive...

The finance manager, Joe, was awesome! Great sense of humor and made us feel welcome. We drove over 3 hours looking for one car specifically, but changed our mind when we arrived. Mark helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars is bc of Memorial Day they didn’t have their car detailers in- so we left with our car not washed.

Easiest vehicle buying process

Gunar was my sales person and he is awesome! The financing process and signing of the paper work was extremely fast! 2 hours in and out! If you are in the market for a vehicle I recommend you getting your vehicle here!

Best experience!
