Fast service, great sales people

I like that during test drive, Moe gave me the keys and said take off. I had the car for a couple hrs and got the feel for it. Even though I didnt buy until a few days later. I never felt pressured to buy.

Excellent experience

The dealership was very impressive and our salesman, Cortland Perry, was extremely helpful & easy to work with. I highly recommend him for anyone needing a new car!

Great cars and make sure to ask for Marcus!

I went to North Coast Auto from out of town because they had the car I was Looking for at a great price. The sales staff was great and made me feel welcome. Marcus Austin (sales) helped me and worked with me to find the best deal possible. He went out of his way to ensure everything was what I wanted on the car. One small issue that prevented this from being 5 stars was around the tire details. I wanted to order new tires, but the shop got the size wrong and it was a bit of a hassle. However Marcus really stepped up and helped resolve the issue quickly. Once the tire issue was sorted, the shop techs did a great job with the mount and balance (better than some tire stores) so in the end it all worked out great and I was happy with the car. I also had a dead key battery issue that Marcus helped sort out. I think just a bit more communication from the shop team would make North Coast Auto the ultimate place to buy a car. 5 stars for sales but 4 1/2 stars for the shop. I have already recommended North Coast to several friends. I will be back for my next car.

Great salesman

Mark was an amazing salesman to work with. He fought for what we needed and got it. This has been the best car buying experience that I have ever had!

New car

My fiancé bought a new car from NCAM. Great experience and very good sales representatives. Moe Alghofari and Emily Ross were great! I definitely recommend this dealership!

Quick and easy!!

Came in with a pre-approval through Capital One with a specific vehicle in mind. Left with the vehicle I wanted and satisfied with my purchase.

Quick satisfying and friendly

The workers there are very friendly prompt and I still got what I wanted. I would definitely be returning to buy another car in the future as well as send others. Everyone was very happy and greeted each and everyone with a smile

Absolutely Incredible

Mark is our salesman! This is been the best buying experience that I have ever had. He really fought for what we needed both in the car and on the financial table. If you come to North Coast auto Mall and you don’t get Mark is your salesman, you missed out. Kris and Amanda

Fast friendly service

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Recommend seeing Moe for any auto needs you would have. We were in and out in about 1 hour. Moe stayed late to insure we could complete the transaction.

Got the SUV i wanted after a lot of hassles

Inept salesperson who wasn’t educated on the cars on his lot and didn’t do what he said he would (with follow up calls, limited information and lack of details)....so much so that a simple signing of loan papers with the finance person turned into 2 HOURS of sitting there while she had to re-do them 3 Times. She wasn’t prepared properly. Frustrating experience but did end up with the suv I wanted for a fair price. Nate, the sales manager, was the only one on the sales floor who had any positive customer service skills.
