Employee was very helpful, generous, and polite. I didn’t have a coupon, but the lady found a coupon so my service could be in my price range.

It took three weeks to fix my Jeep. I felt it way too long. I’m not even sure they put the new part on my Jeep they ordered. They told my wife that the sway bar was on backwards, so I feel like they just put the old one on the right way and charged me for a new sway bar. The whole experience was very strange.

Cody from Brewbaker went above and beyond to help with get my vehicle. I had a great experience and could not recommend him and the dealership enough!

Staff was very polite and got my issue resolved quickly. I called on short notice and the service department was able to get me in.

Excellent service! Friendly support with all the questions we had, everyone was so nice, kind and helpful! We was there until so late and no body was angry for that!

Employees were super friendly. Our daughter’s renegade needed an oil change and the tire pressure checked. Service department was quite busy but very efficient. The price was a little high for oil change.

I have had great experience with Brewbaker service. They take care of all my concerns and provide great customer service. I will say making it a minimum of 25 words is silly and a good way to not get people to fill out your survey.
